Title: Anybody from SMART Telecom?.....Need help.

hope it's the right thread for this.

nawala cellphone ko last week (not sure if nadukot or nahulog). problema ko e yung number (prepaid lang po), almost 8 years ko na kaseng gamit yung number na yun at hangga't maaari, ayoko sana magpalit ng number.

so ginawa ko, pumunta ko sa smart wireless center at sabi nung cust rep, kelangan ko daw ng proof of ownership nung sim (sim casing, puk slip or smart money card). ang nakakaasar, hindi ko na makita yung mga yun. so may possibility pa ba na ma-retain ko yung number ko kahit wala nung mga hinahanap?

dagdag ko pala, last 2004, nagloko yung sim ko dahil sa kalumaan at nagrequest ako sa smart kung pwede new sim, same number  which nagawa naman nila, naisip ko nga baka may records sila na nakaregister yung number na yun sa pangalan ko, kaso ang sabi nung cust rep, hindi daw reliable yung data ng ganun dahil kahit sino pwede maglagay (medyo naguluhan ako sa paliwanag nya dito).

so kung sino man po pwedeng makatulong sana tulungan nyo ko. salamat.
