how many times have you changed your drum heads?

yung first kit ko, nilaspag ko muna yung stock heads for 4 years bago ko pinalitan ng pinstripes. yung pinstripes inabot ng 5 years hanggang sa ibenta ko yung kit.

nung ginawa ko yung bago kong drums, kinabitan ko ng lazer heads, 2 months later pinalitan ko na ulit yung batters pero lazer pa rin. walang problema dun sa old heads, wala pa nga gasgas kasi 10 minutes per day ko lang naman sya nagagamit at very light playing pa. maganda pa tunog.

sobrang mura kasi nung lazer e kaya kahit every 2 weeks pede magpalit para palaging fresh

lately ko lang naappreciate yung nacocontribute sa tunog nung bagong heads.

kayo ano preferred brand ninyo at regular ba kayong magpalit? alam ko mahal talaga heads pero di ba ang sarap paluin ng head na bago? sarap ng tunog e

I think twice pa lang ako nagpalit ng head ko since 2000. I got my first evans heads nung 2000 eh, nasabi ko lang na nagpalit ako dahil binenta ko yung drums ko that time. Tapos 2 years ago lang ulit ako nagka-kit tapos nagpadala ulit ako sa uncle ko ng Evans heads ko. Nagkaproblema nga sa sizes eh. Ang binili ko lang sa pinas na head is yung reso ng snare ko Hazy 300. Still using it now, may 1 year na ata. And may stock pa ako na 14" Power Center Reverse Dot na i'm planning to use in the future. Medyo tanggal na coating nung unang PCRD ko eh. Sarap pa ng tunog di na kelangan i-muffle.

Lazer heads are great too. Hindi masyado mahirap i-tono. Mura pa.

makapal pa naman heads ko..Evans hydraulics saka Rock.. one headed tom toms kasi kit ko.

I have my first drumkit 1986, Trak with white coated generic heads.  After several months of playing pinalitan ko ng Fernando pinstripe look alike.  Then when I got the chance to have branded heads, pinalitan ko na ng Remo clear ambassador which I think 1988.  Up to now, I'm still using those Remo Ambassadors!  Wow! 20 years!  No dents yet pero sawa na ako sa hitsura.  I also got a set of Remo coated ambassadors last 2002 and I swap it every once in a while with the clears depende sa trip ko.
