Guys, meron akong zbt 4 set, and a small china, i think 10inch or 14, ngaun nag hahanap ako ng magandang crash na pwedeng ihataw, parang tunog ng urbandub, may nag sasabing kuha nalang akong crash/ride pero mahirap mag hanap ng magagandang crash/ridge eh. im also thinking to get a 18" A custom crash pang hataw. ano tingin nyo? ano pang maggandang cymbal pang hataw? paki post nalang dito. thanks peace!

maghanda ka ng budget 10k-12k brandnew yan sa JB music...pero kung matyaga ka naman eh magabang-abang ka lang sa classifieds pero goodluck sa paghahanap ng a custom projection crash, kasi madalang lumabas yan at kung may lumabas man ay mabilis mabenta :-D

in sonsidering a "panghataw na cymbal" i really come from the lovers of Z Zildjian Lines, I remember a Z rock crash i owned in the 90s, wow tapos usapan when it come to tibay and volume, now they come as customs, so you could also try the 18" Zildjian Z Custom crashes, up to your needs, but you also have some choices in this area, regarding the A custom projection crash, well the name speaks for itself. I got a 16" and it works really good.
so you could also help us out in defining what you mean by pang hataw? is it slamming hard on it or like hataw tugtugan that requires good accents

I vote for the zildjian a custom medium crash or any z custom for durability against heavy hitting with enough bright tonal qualities to cut through music.

i think mga 14k ung Z cust pero kung may big difference naman sya sa APX solid edi ipon nalang ako. pero kung hanep na and konteng diff lang naman ung APX, edi il go for apx nalang para makaipon akong china paiste. Thanks pala sa mga reply nyo:D

o ayun naman pala e! bili na ng stagg! swabeng swabe tunog nun! mismo talaga! affordable pa.

if your budget is around 12k then try the stagg cymbal line. Baka hindi lang isa mabili mo sa budget mo. I'm a stagg user and i bash those splashes and chinas hard on accents. Thinking of buying myself a crash soon. I have my full trust on Stagg now. But if you really want an advise, the best thing i can give you is, "if it sounds good to you, then it sounds good" - Bob Gatzen. You have to try the cymbals personally before you try it. I think most of the shops in Manila let you hit the cymbal before you buy it, or do they?
