i'm thinking you need something that has a 10" speaker?.. so i won't suggest the Vox Pathfinder 15R.. 8" lang kasi yun.. pero for the price, it's really good..

something na pasok sa budget mo would be the Laney Cub10.. small tube amp..  :-)

by the way.. ano ba hanap mo sa amp? modelling? or yung pedal-friendly type?  good cleans? size? etc..  :-)

Laney Cub10 bro. kahit 10 watts, tube amp naman. i think it would be louder than a 30 watt solid state.

stay away from Marshall MGs. i have one, and it's not worth the money.

If you're considering a modelling amp para plug and play na, I suggest you try a Peavey Vypyr or a Vox VT :D Just got myself a Vypyr 30 for just 10.9k sa audiophile and it really is a versatile and convincing amp tonewise. It almost has everything a guitarist needs so you just have to plug in and play (stompbox models, amp models, rack effects, etc) plus it has a 12'' speaker to boot. Goodluck!
