im using a g1 zoom guitar efx...i just cant get the sound that i like...im using an ED patch gain=20 low=2 mid=4 high=4 znr=4 delay=T1(10) reverb= R1(10).. it really sounded crap. i wanted a sound which is really heavy like those of hardcore and metal bands but with much clarity of sound upon picking and stumming. please help me guys i really nid help.....

additional question,

is korg toneworks ( correct me if im wrong ) reliable for its sound (metal)?  im thinking if i gonna shift from zoom to korg...i nid some opinions.. ty

Bro baka nakalimutan mong gamitin yung Booster sa Comp section. B1-9 yata yun eh. Or baka kelangan mo pang bawasan yung middle, kasi dapat may talas kung metal :-)

Definitely better ang toneworks sa Zoom. G1 din gamit ko ngayon, peo medyo di ako satisfied sa tunog, dati my zoom GFX8 ako, pero nung gumamit ako ng AX1500G, masnagustuhan ko pa rin yung Korg :-)

you should try LINE6 PODxt (floorboard or rackmount) or any other line6 fx.

Question about FRET BUZZ.

Mga sir, ano sa tingin niyo ang dahilan bakit nagkakaron ako ng fret buzz. ang ginawa ko lang naman eh nagpalit ng string tapos nung ok na, nagbubuzz naman na yung 4th to 6th string. yung string kaya ang may problema? Naka-floyd yung guitar ko (edge III). may kinalaman ba yung tension spring(di ko alam kung yan nga ang tawag) sa pag buzz ng fret?? :?

either your sting action is too low, or you already have worn out frets.

as far as i remember, his Behringer was converted into a tube amp, and then he gave it a review.

Ok lang bang i-sprayhan ng WD-40 yung mga pots ng ampli? Kasi dinala ko dun sa shop nag painagbilhan ko yung amp ko kasi parang may tama yung volume knob. Kailangan mo pa siyang ihanap bago tumunog. Tapos nung dinala ko na dun sa shop biglang tinanggal yung mga knobs tapos iyon nga, kumuha yung tao dun ng WD-40 tapos nilagyan niya lahat ng pots sabay pinihit-pihit. Tinanong ko kung bakit tapos sabi niya dahil alikabok lang daw yung dahilan kaya nagloloko..

Hindi contact cleaner ang WD40. In fact, it can accumulate more gunk.

Ah. Okay. Maybe that's why he gave a whopping review. Man, I'm having a hard time tweaking it. It doesn't seem to like pedals chained in front of it.
