mga ka-tweakers! how can we get ba a chug-chug sound from our gt-10 without buying the emg or hi gain pups?  so sad people are selling their gt-10, i dont want to let go mine kasi i believe this is the best multifx in the guitar world by this far!   versatility lang wala ng sinabi ang other multi!  agree?

Not just GT10 some multiFX too, after sometimes you get tires and realized digital sound totally different with analog sound..this you'll realize i'm sure..results tweak ka ng tweak in search of analog sounding, affects playability because lost in feel n hearing it digital fake sounding and the final results sell it lose some    What other do GAS for another multiFX and fall into trap once more. Happy for sometimes doubting the rest if they really want their new multiFX.
Have you heard of AxeFX? i'm sure you know it if not search the web goto their forum read their views and comments better register so you can ask (i'm a member). IMO this is the ultimate new breed of multiFX in the market right now at least to me. NOT everyone can afford the unit co'z the price is so steep but its perfectly fine without HARMONIC CONVERGER and a good sounding for money if you can afford a unit. Many great guitarist jump into this ship which shows they went through a lot of multiFX hence they dropped their beloved multiFX for this. Not just that, even those great artist who's using analog rig went into this path or using this as their backup. This only proved digital multiFX is just a block away in perfection and its coming right out on its way but costly to own right now. Now the big question is...is the GT10 a great unit? (For me)I say modest unit lang siya, it has its shortcoming but there is a way around it and right now its affordable sa akin and playable (great for LIVE unlike other digital unit peg out and can't cut through plus mix in a loud live setting) thats why its stay and i'm loving it with my DEC. Its good also in recording

For me you cannot get the real thing, look at the rig ng mga sikat na guitarists, they usually carry a truck loaded with their guitars and set-up that includes the  real amps of their choice, their tones both dirt and clean sounds are coming from the amp and not just the models or simulation that the multi fx can offer.  Honestly i'm so happy hearing amature guitarists getting the sound of a famous guitarist by just using a multifx.   Hindi kuhang kuha pero mejo malapit na at least,  laking tulong ng multifx lalo na kung cover band ka.   All of the multi-fx na nagamit ko is sa gt10 lang ako natuwa, not just because of the sound, un versatility nya ang the best for me, i've been with podxtlive, zoom g9.ut, ax3000g, ax1500g, zoom g1, g2.1 etc. all of them are tunog digital,  show me the multifx that doesnt sound like a digital machine i bet hindi pa sya nagagawa kasi even the most expensive and latest multifx ever created eh may maririnig ka laging review that it has a digital sound.  Maybe a DEC can help to minimize the problem,

Depende lang talaga sa gumagamit yan, aside sa iba-iba ang gears natin...lalong magkaiba ang "ears"
Btw, kakadating lang ng sonic stomp ko and tinest ko sandali kagabi, ganda ng result, pero i have to admit mas malaki ang nagawang improvement ng DEC sa sound ko kumpara sa sonic stomp...but its like the DEC it has earned a permanent place in my arsenal.

Kung USB direct to computer GTsend>DEC>SM>GTreturnloop gawa ko. May SM plug-in din ako minsan ito gamit ko pag recording din pag di ko gamitin SM stomp. Kung gamit ko DI UltraG GToutput>SM >DIinput/output>Desk and DIthru>(power)amp return. Still experiment what setup can gave you most convincing sound.

Una kong try ng GT 10 during a rehearsal nasagwaan din ako. Pano kasi, yung L out, sinaksak ko sa IN ng amp. Tapos naka ON yung amp simulator. Sobrang pangit talaga sa tingin ko. Pero nung natutunan ko yung GT10 Line out -> FX loop or direct to pre amp using amp sims, grabe, naiyak ako sa ganda. Konting basa basa at tweak lang talaga ang kelangan.

Salamat sa suggestion comrade, itry ko ang configurations na nabanggit mo. Nagamit ko siya sa gig kanina (as the final pedal before going to the front of the amp). Liked it very much...ang daling mag-cut sa mix,  pero I think mas marami pang pwede gawin dito

kaya nga sir, sinubukan ko rin talagah yung send/return at ginamit ko yung preamp ng gt10... natuwa naman ako kasi gumanda talaga yung tunog... kaso talagang nasagwaan ako sa tunog kasi everytime na magfuful chods ako with kahit overdrive lang mas lalo na kung distorted tlagah, sorry po mga sir kasi ang sagwa talaga ng tunog, fizzy na tunog computer... siguro kulang lang ako sa tweak... pero nung pag live na tugtugan nah, ndi ko talaga makuha and ma feel yung tunog ng lakas ng pag hit ko sa strings, dynamics ba, unlike talaga sa analog, kung gaano mo hinit yung strings ganun din ang labas sa amp plus buong tunog and natural sound, pag sa multi, hindi nya nailalabas yung lakas ng pagtipa and yung natural sounding... correct me po if im wrong.... kasi hinahanap po talaga ng tenga ko yung natural sound and feel... kaya yun po, nabenta ko na gt10 ko kahit sa murang halaga nalang... pero kung sa dami at options ng pwedeng gawin... gt10 talaga ang da best, para siyang virtual na isang truck ng gear... pero nung pag switch ko sa analog pedals, kahit mumurahing pedal lang na overdrive, natuwa talaga ako ng husto, na miss ko kasi ng husto yung natural sound and natural feel ng guitar ulit... maybe im not really a digital user person... just sharing my experience with my gt10 before i sold it... c",)

I knew and felt the way you said it before not just I. Warble sound of digital when chord is hit (mid to hi distortion) and even a single string bend (G) or (B)string higher 14-19 frets this is a problem in digital aliasing. Sayang you never get to experience the DEC. I been sharing you the way around and I know its a bummer to fix the problem by spending once more for a DEC just to solve the issue but that is inherent to multiFX and its a tradeoff, you gain flexiblity of a multi but loose some in this area. If you could still drop by on you way near Las Pinas someday i'll be glad to let you experience how the DEC deals with it. This is the main reason I keep telling the user about HARMONIC CONVERGER. To those new to digital FX they never been bothered by this but if you are a long time analog user as I am here we both share the same feelings. To tell you the truth and be honest to all i was about to sell my GT10 after 3-4 months after realizing it. Kaya pag nababasa ko "ang hirap naman mag tweak" its two things your accustom to analog sound kaya hirap mo itama the other one he still don't have idea how to navigate kc new user siya. Kinakabahan na ko pag ganito nababasa ko eh. Sometime pag nababasa ko wow ang galing ng sound ng GT10!! share mo naman sir!!  natutuwa ako na may kahalong doubt kc I can not really tweak the GT10 without DEC. Yan alam ni InkslingerX pumupunta sa bahay yan at nagtetest kami ng patch di lng sa bahay pati sa Perfect Pitch with other multiFX kasama namin si Olan at Pat you can ask them if you knew them and they know about the DEC. I'm sharing the secret to you guys mahirap naman ipagpilitan ko sa inyo. Sorry for the rant, its just my sentiment while writing this post and losing you guys as my comrade in GT10 like yahoo, al, kragz, loveyoulen, you and many ex user. We share great moments before and i understand why letting go. To those new GT10 user reading this post i'm not saying GT10 totally suck, if you can make it sounds good to you its great and this is what the thread is for to share have fun enjoy plus workable and make it be part of your rig.

Sir nagpapagawa sila sa akin. Labor lng dagdag ko para naman sa oras ko. Bill of materials 1800 + 700 labor ko lng. It takes 4 to 5 days bago ko mabuo ang project o isang stomp unit. Pero sana bago ako gumawa gusto ko muna sana yon magpapagawa mag test dito sa bahay ko. KC ituturo at papakita ko paano i set up comrade

its just my sentiment while writing this post and losing you guys as my comrade in GT10 like yahoo, al, kragz, loveyoulen, you and many ex user. We share great moments before and i understand why letting go. To those new GT10 user reading this post i'm not saying GT10 totally suck, if you can make it sounds good to you its great and this is what the thread is for to share have fun enjoy plus workable and make it be part of your rig.

yeah gt10 not totally suck but as for me that, " is not the cup of my tea" pertaining to highgain sounds. so here my advise if you dont like the unit spend more time tweaking or if your frustration in tweaking is eating a alot of your practice time. make a move. sold it

@yahoo ano sir ngayon pala highgain stuff mo? Sa aking analog Dr Boogie maganda din, DIY ko rin at customized ko yong tone control para isa lng. Gain Tone Volume knob lng.



May metalzone at tubescreamer modded 808 pa rin ako dati pinapackage deal ko siya muntik ko ng ibenta buti nalang tinatawaran di ko binigay.



Sarap pa rin gamitin at meron kang backup na individual pedals. Ito nlng dinadala ko pag impromptu gig like for example this coming saturday sa Starfire Studio kami secret practice namin para sa three surprise song namin para sa birthday party ni big Boss at gagawin sa couple for Christ meeting nila.
Invited kc kami month end sa couple for christ nila at may CFC band sila kahiya naman at mukhang bragging sa Band nila kung makita na mahaba dala kong GT three songs lng naman at clean/overdrive lng papel ko dun. Sa April company overnight outing mahabang tugtugan nanaman dala ko mahaba sa aqua resort kami uli Direct sa PA sarap contemporary pinoy rock kami like prinsesa laklak mayroon din Jump hotel california enter sandman wala naman masayadong higain etc... I enjoy both playing and working life...sorry ha napahaba kuwentuhan natin.

sir sana dun sa dec eh mejo may ibang kulay yun casing nya, mejo bare eh, pero im so excited about sa sound than it can bring to my gt 10, mukha ring matibay,  sir no offense pero you really look like arnel pineda, hahaha journey!  sir grabe student canteen days nasa tv ka na? eh dat time wala pa kaming tv eh,saka di pa ko interesado sa tv nun, puro laro lang ako. . .
