I can still remember... I was 5 yrs old then.., ayaw ipagamit ng kuya ko sa akin
yung bagong "Fernando kit" niya and his precious avedis that time. Kaya binili niya ako ng Sto. Niņo snare. Yung may tali na pang sabit. Seriously ginagamit ko pa yun ngayon., but not as a snare ah...  as a practice pad nlng.  :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

=====================================================

> THANKYOU NGA PALA KAY SIR PEEVES FOR HELPING ME SA SNARE PROJECT KO<

      Sto.Niņo drums are manufactured here sa Pinas. but i don't know kung san exact...

  Badtrip lang kung iisipin natin... Imagine 20 years na ang nakalipas but still ganun pa rin ang itsura and quality niya. Wala man lang improvement.

  Kung sa 20 years na yun may nag-isip on how to improve that kind of drum.., siguro hindi tayo gumagastos ng malaki sa pagbili ng pinaka-mamahal nating instrumento. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

 Maybe sa 20 years na yun kung may nag isip lang on how to improve it.., baka parang high-end na yung dating nya.

Just like Sir Peeves. Bow ako diyan! :-)

hahaha, eto yung first snare drums ko. 10" ata yung diameter and red in color...

thanks for starting this thread bro, it brings back memories. san nakaya yun ...

Never owned one but I know what it is!

Remember the LUMITONE heads that came with some Sto.Nino drums? There even was or maybe is a LUMITONE WET SOUND head- two ply with WATER in between!!! Philippine version of the Hydraulic head! hehe galing! :roll:
