pwede naman.. pero the catch is magbubutas ka ulit. it will affect the sound of your bass drum since may mga unwanted holes if ever. best way to do so is mag-abang ka sa classifieds ng bass drum na naka 8-10 lugs na. :-)

Hi everyone.  Matagal na ako naghahanap ng lugs para sa pearl 13x3 maple piccolo snare ko.  Nasira na kasi due to corrosion.  Wala sa mga stores e.  Maski sa yupangco. 

Any help appreciated.
