Ayaw ko na magopen ng bagong thread just to ask this, so I'm putting it here.

Question peeps, what is the smallest high gain guitar amp you have tried/played that is gigable, 6UG/Saguijo sized venues? I need one.

That's a volume box. Like a master volume, different in principle from an attenuator.

Here's the link on how to make an inexpensive volume box. Work's great for tube amps that don't have a master volume. You can crank your amp and control the volume via the box to get some crunch without the ear-splitting volume.
But this is not an attenuator as it only controls the preamp and not the power amp section of your tube amp. Works best if plugged into the amp's effects loop.

Fell in love with this amp 11 years ago. Bukas pa Ya-Du Dynasty Music Store back in the day. I tested this amp against a classic 30, I have no idea why I fell in love with it, So with that curiosity that lasted 11 years, here's the answer:

Despite all that, I'm still in love with the sound of the classic 50.  :-D

I recently acquired an early 90's Red Knob Fender Tube Amp that needs a lot of love and attention, previous owner apparently didn't know the meaning of "proper care and maintainance"
