for the $200 i paid(flew from huanzo, im not sure the spelling), im not complaining lol, sounds good, delivers well..however its a studio / bedroom amp..clean headroom not that much..Unlike the blackstar which you can raise pass 12 oclock and still retain cleans, this E-wave model tends to darken as you raise pass 12..

My Pignose! I got this also from a forumite.  I really love this amp, even though its just a small practice amp, naging life saver ko to once during a gig when the venue wouldn't let us use their amps, gusto nila recta lng kami kasi may "additional charge" daw ang mga high end amps nila (amph).  Good thing though we had our sound check a day before the event and I had lots of time to think what my setup would be to at least improve my dirt sound, good thing I had this amp, sabi ko lang sa sound tech eh just put a mic in front of it.  so ayun, i was contented with the sound, ganda din ng breakup pag cranked (at least for me).  Kaya i wouldn't trade this for the world.hehe  Also, it comes in pretty handy when you have those "guitar urges".  Also perfect for small on the spot jam sessions/gigs. may sling din sya na pwede mong isabit ala street musician.hehe

This...

If I'm not mistaken this was the amp model that my vox's UK Modern was based...

In short, I WANT THIS! :-o
i just read this, thanks! yeah it has a nice clean channel, and my 808 works well with it IMO. The drive channel needs improvement though,i think i need new preamp tubes since i got this one used(traded my old stuffs) .

this is not mine, but you should check this out, hehehe. pretty misleading brand,

FUCHS

Fuchs amps are awesome. Based on Trainwrecks.
Anyway, it's pronounced either as Fyooks or Fooks.
