Nux Mod force. Bought this while window shopping on my day off. I was looking for a chorus pedal to replace my boss CE5 (had a boss super chorus and a fulltone choralflange in the past) and this caught my attention.
It's bigger than a boss pedal. Uses 9v boss type power. I was skeptical at first kasi I'm not a fan of digital pedals. Yes, this is a digital pedal with a cool colored LCD screen.
12 different mod effects and two modulation engine which means you can stack two different modulation from the 12 mod effects in a single patch.
the mod button switches between mod a and mod b. then you can use the type button to select an effect for the mod. tweak the sound using the knobs below the lcd screen
mod a - tri chorus
mod b - chorus
combining mod a and b modulations together makes this pedal so versatile. I can use two different choruses like the photos above, use a flanger and a phaser, aauto wah and a univibe, or just a single effect.
bypass setting. this is sweet. you can select "true bypass" or "fet". the true bypass setting is not really a mechanical true bypass but i've tested this with my diy looper and i can't hear the difference between the pedal bypassed by itself and the looper bypass. below is the configuration screen where you can tweak the pedal even more.
it's really good especially the rotovibe effect. this pedal will stay on my board. the best thing is it's cheaper than a boss super chorus!
