Hey guys, who here has one of those pearl 10x4 snare with tambourines mounted on the shell? I saw one before, not really sure if its pearl or the likes. But its definitely a snare drum.

I believe it was teban's snare drum but I don't think it's a pearl.. DW or LP perhaps? :?

Brand name unknown sir riff, haha.

Its not LP e.  Can't google pictures too, if I remember it right. The lugs are the same as a piccolo snare, but the spaces between are filled with tambourines.

I know I've seen it somewhere pero parang sa FB ata. AFAIK DW yung merong ganun pero I'm not too sure if the said snare's brand was such..

ok first time ko pa lang gamitin sa gig to nung friday pero disappointed ako sa lugs nya. nakakalas yung mga turnilyo nila sa loob kapag tight tuning ginawa mo. this is not a very good sign at all. susubukan ko lagyan ng loctite kung di na gagalaw pero at the moment - my recommendation is to stay away from this model

naka freedom lug to sir hehe, nakagamit ako ng ganito once. hirap i tune

tuning tight this snare e kinukuha ko sa ilalim para tumaas ang sound niya.you don't have to overtight this on top.
kasi nakita ko tong snare kay adam deitch at kay roy haynes and they tuned it really tight

my maple snare was customized by peeves and the parts are from vinci.hehe :-D

Wow! Jordison, Alvin Signature(hehe), di ko alam, Masterworks, di ko ulet alam.. Haha!

Thanks :)

pwede mo ipowdercoat yung tension rods as long as lalagyan mo ng masking tape yung threaded area.
