We bought one inuke NU6000. Naimpress talaga kami sa sound output ng amp, magaan at mura pa. So we bought a second unit.
Dahil sa bad reviews, we expect it to break sometimes, but we all thought it could be repaired. Mga technicians nagsasabi na "makukuha din nilang gawin ang problema."
Since walang makakarepair nito sa area namin, we sent it back sa "source" nito sa Manila.
Kawawa talaga ang business. Hindi na nagagamit, we shouldered all the shipping cost given we are from the Visayas area.
Okay naman kasi pinalitan yong unang unit ng bago, part sa warranty. We were assured that the units have been repaired,
and may pinalitan na parts sa power supply - yong sinasabing "faulty diode".
Pero nasira ulit ang second unit despite the repairs being made. And a final blow the new replacement unit that I believe
which belong to the new batch of "corrected" Inukes broke.
To be fair sa provider, okay naman treatment nila sa customer. They extended to two years service warranty sa power supply section ng Inuke.
Pero it seems that this technology is simply not applicable to our country's electricity system. Ang totoo, nasisira pa rin at nasisira ang Inuke. Naka AVR na nga yon
mula simula. WE followed all the instructions carefully in how to use it. Nasa three O'clock lang ang volume knob, etc.
But still we ended up with two broken Inukes NU6000, that is, not even a year of service and even seldom used.
Sana nga kung may distributor sa Inukes dito, please advice us what to do with these units. Sayang talaga. Kung pwede sana replace na
lang ng ibang unit sa inventory nila.
