Go for the M-Audio Fast Track.  Sale sa JB ngayon.

What do you mean "sasagap ng low frequency noise"?  It would all depend on your sound source.

usb interface don't record audio acoustically. So, walang low frequency noise...

Kung maliit budget, Samson GoMic.

Kung may budget, get an asio supported audio interface like M-Audio Fastrack and an xlr condenser mic.

Question.

So Im using Sonar 8 on an I3 laptop with 2gb of RAM.
I noticed na pag marami ng kong effects, bumabagal na sya
At naghahang while playing/recording.

I saw the CPU meter, yung 1st core, na uutilize to 40%
2nd core, up to 20% but the 3rd and 4th naka 0% and yung RAM naman doesnt go up to 20%.

Ano kayang issue ng laptop ko? I was thinking of grabbing a new set of RAMS but im not sure if yun nga ang issue.

Need help:(

Your laptop's specs should be adequate for a normal usage, although upgrading to 4 GB RAM should give you performance gains and solve usual latency problem.

Check your disk drive for free space and fragmentation issues. What audio interface are you using? Installing the latest drivers would also help.

---------------------------------------

Ok, sinubukan ko sa mas lower spec'd laptop with the same OS( win 7 64 bit) and same version of reaper, at gumana siya ng maayos... Weird, both are using built in realtek  sound cards, ano kaya problema.

Mga sir, konting tulong naman po.

I'm trying to record bass on my laptop and so far, it's quite a success. I've plugged my ZOOM B3 to a laptop using LE III Sequel software. Now, I want to record video while recording audio but the problem is I don't know how to sync the video (using a phone) and the audio (from the laptop). Neither do I have an amplifier to make my life simpler.

How do I go about this dilemma? I'm no tech savvy so please bear with my ignorance on the matter and your answers will be very much appreciated.

Thanks!!!

You just need another mixing software application that can mix video from your phone audio from the laptop. Just render your audio track then put the track on the other application, then load the video, then sync it.  :)

hi guys! first time to try home recording.
i have a toshiba satellite, i7-2630QM @ 2.00 GHz, 4GB RAM, 750GB HDD 5400RPM
would this be enough to enable me to record a song(guitar and vocals only) or should i upgrade it?
planning to buy a focusrite scarlett 2i2 as my audio interface and i'll use the bundled DAW.

and what would be the cheapest desktop or laptop to record a decent song(guitar and vocals only as well)?

thanks in advance!

So far oks naman. Depende pa rin sa settings mo sa pc and sa daw.

But na experience ko na yung latency kapag more 20 tracks tapos may plug ins.

mga sir,
I've tried recording some years back using Toshiba laptop with audacity. Since I didn't have audio interface at that time and i did not trust my PC's onboard audio, I used my Triton Extreme as an AD converter using the sampling input. The resulting audio file was recorded in its CF card in wav form. I then extracted the audio file into my PC then opened it in audacity.

The setup:
Mic/Instrument -> mixer -> Triton -> PC

It worked but I won't do it again.
