After a LOT of thinking, I finally bought the Buescher Aristocrat Alto. I brought a friend along with me and we both agreed that it sounded really good, and I looked well maintained. I will be taking non-credit sax classes in UP through the extension program this coming semester! Thankyou all for the help.

I realized habang pauwi ako... Buti nalang alto binili ko as my starting horn! Ang bigat pala nito haha! I'm sure a tenor one would be much heavier to carry. Looking forward to playing a tune soon!

CONGRATS on your new sax! may you play beautiful music together. I would have loved to buy that Yani tenor, but i'm impossibly short of funds right now. I have a Yani alto and it's my pearl of great price.

I found another saxophone, a Tenor

Serial 00877684

This one is vintage. Based on the serial, I think this one was made around 1976... Not too many info about this one, except that it is an intermediate level horn. The seller wants P33,000 for it. No idea what it's really worth.

I'm buying my saxophone this Saturday. I hope I make the right choice.
