Line 6 Helix & Pod HD300/400/500/500x users thread!!!

been using this beast since december..
All i can say is that I'm very much pleased:
1. as a multifx direct to PA at our church
2. as a recording device/interface
3. as stombox modeller(without the amp sim) plugged in to a decent amp

for me and for now, this is a keeper..=)

2.Tweed B-Man Bright (based on the "Bright" channel of a Fender® Bassman®)

•TRS-jack FX Loop Send is now sending a  true stereo signal, not summed mono. If you are using a mono cable, the Left audio path is sent.  (HD500 only)
•Improved stability when using certain combinations of presets.
•Existing amp models appended with 'Brt/Nrm' where appropriate.
•Numerous additional bug fixes in the firmware and editor.

I guess now 1.31 is out, that's it's no secret anymore...
 
But you do realise that the Elektrik IS the 1.1 Uber... right?  it should just use the Uber cab as default for the simple reason that it is the old (perhaps broken) Uber model.  the only thing I'm aware that has changed is the name of it, and the addition of the DEPs, but in the DEPs default position, it should sound the same as the 1.1 Uber.  I'm sure this will start a huge debate about how it's not quite the same, but I'm almost certain it is just straight from 1.1
 
just remember, you users asked for the 1.1 Uber back, and you got it.  Line 6 listens to you chaps, they really do!
 
Have fun ubering.  I think I'm now gonna go make a dual tone patch with the 1.1 Uber and 1.31 Uber... MMM you can never have too much Uber!

Got my hd300 from a trade. Its been with me for less than a week. Love the v1.31 upgrade!! I found the ampsim
gain of v1.2 a bit weak. But the new version... all I can say is GUAPO GUID!!!
