tenor sax repair

please help me find a good repairman (manila area) for my late father in law's tenor sax... Pina test ko sa sax player na friend ko.. it's still in good condition although some pads need replacement he said. And it needs cleaning. Sayang kasi.. the brand is KING (usa) add the mouthpiece is Otolink. Thank you for any help..
