Local or China brand speakers
« on: August 12, 2015, 12:50:22 PM »
My bro-in-law is looking for a pair of passive 12” or 15” speakers for his home karaoke hobby. Due to budget issues, he will buy locally made or the so-called China brands. Which in your opinion has the better sound quality among the following: Konzert, Crown, dB Audio, Xenon Pro, Promac or TJ media? What would be a good amp to match these speakers?

Thanks for any advice.

okay si wharfedale paps. para sakin, a step ahead of behringer lalo na sa durability. Decent sounding. i'd go for SAMSONs.

Baka mag active speakers nalang. Malamang ang choices would be between Samson and Alto. Sa mga nakasubok na, which of the 2 is better? Mas maganda ba ang 15", or pwede na ang 12" for karaoke sa living room? Nakita ko sa olx Samson Auro X15D and Samson Auro D415A at saka Alto TS115A.

Madali ba talagang nasisira.

if you'll buy a Samson Auro series, i say that it's a short-throw type speaker kaya okay lang sa living room, 8" is enough 12" and 15" would be really an overkill, pati 2nd floor kung meron makakabog, hahaha! of you plan on using it also a little outdoor fun(pool party) it can be used too.

What if a pair of 12" nalang ang kunin then sa equalizer nalang maglaro depende sa venue, kung sa living room, bawasan ang low end, kung sa garden or veranda naman, dagdagan ang low end. This way, he will not have to invest in a subwoofer dahil kaya na iadjust and kalabog. Ano sa tingin nyo mga masters?

Yeah, much better, try mo padij sir Rogy maghanap, madami ka pang options =D, actually di ka mabibitin sa low end ng Samson Auro, ang ganda at malinis even on loud situations, sadyang short-throw lang talaga IMO
