Hello Ma'am!


I just watched the video.

It seems that you already know your basic drumbeat so that's a start na. My first advice for you is to play along songs that you feel you can play along. Alternative and Rock songs would be a great place to start with. Okay na eh, you can already keep your time as I hear it. techniques nalang and consistency. All in all, a better practice routine.

yun. start muna with easy songs. play until becomes comfortable with you na. tipong second nature na sayo yung pagplay nito. kaya yan!

Agree ako sa constant click papi Ralph. Mahirap nga siya. May natural na "feel" ang tao eh. Kaya pag dating sa recording kailangan talaga solido at sakto yung ''feel'' sabay ng metronome. Minsan kala naten tama na eh, may mga lag time pa rin pala talaga kung titignan maigi in details.

Nako nasubukan ko yan sa BatCave Studios ni boss Ruben Tecson (I don't do recordings kasi wala na yung permanenteng banda ko. Session na lang minsan pag may tawag). Pinasubok saken mag recording. Yung tipong may click, tas record ka ng track mo. Ilang takes bago maging okay. Dun ko lang naramdaman yon. Mahirap ang recording, kaya dun tumaas lalo respeto ko sa mga nagpapakahirap gumawa ng album(tas pipiratahin lang)

Mahirap siya, pero sobrang sarap sa pakiramdam pag nagawa ng tama. Nakakapagod nga lang kasi mag iisip ka ng todo eh.
