okay..review...
Fernando 192-A
celluloid white color
heads aren't a hundred percent pleasing to the ears but it sure is a hunder percent better than the old stock Fernando heads. dunno with the new lower models...but these heads "can" stay until they get worn out unlike our old set, palit agad.
double brace hardware is cool
snare is fat, with bottom edge...crack is average...overall..good. the heads are coated.. it'll stay.
the bass pedal is fast and smooth. i haven't adjusted the "stock" setting.
the hi hat pedal is also good. I'm just average how long the springs will wear out.
suspension mounts are also great.
double braced hardware..etc.
Hmm...anu kaya kahoy nito.
okay, here's a bad one...
the clamp for the "floor" tom or 14 tom is kinda scare. Yun side where it attaches to the cymbal stand is okay but the one holding the mounting arm for the tom has no "hinge" so that its relying solely on the "steel" which why I'm scare kasi it may crack. unlike Gibraltar clamps or Gretsch Catalinas..the clamps have two hinges or "hinged" style.
for 25K..this set priced low considering its upgrades.
OT
the Zplanets are okay. because the youth center is very reverby..the decay of these cymbals are so welcomed.
