normal lang yang pop sound for most 3dpt pedals, especially old ones. the newer boutique ones dont have that though. silent switching na

yung pop ayos lang sa kin, hindi naman siya audible through the amp. what i was trying to describe with my Hi Gain distortion was that when i step on it, there's an audible "beep" that comes out of the amp...

....aaaaand the unit was actually defective pala.

i tried playing guitar kanina umaga paguwi ko, and when i my rig (naks) on, and stepped on the dist, i had this ear breaking weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee go on, and this was at 6 in the morning. it kinda goes away depends how "deep" you plug the psu in, and you can get the pitch of the sound to go up or down, or play with its oscillation by turning the various knobs.

i brought the thing back to Lazer, and they replaced it after i showed a comparison vid of it and my Brit Sound, and after they tested and the same squeal came on.

oh i forgot to mention that the "pop" sound i mentioned before came from the pedal's signal into the amp.

after my Hi Gain was replaced, wala na lumalabas. and i agree with mod IncX, nasa switch talaga yun. even the
Marshall foot switches have that. i kinda prefer it that way

anyone here using Joyo modulation units (phaser / flange / delay / reverb) and anyone have any say on those?
so far i'm happy with their dirt products

just took in a crunch dist, sarap ng tunog! it hit the "classic rock" sound i'd had in mind.

mukhang yung hi gain ko is going to the mothball fleet :

any feedback on their delay / reverb peds sir gandy? so far i'm very happy with the dirt items i got from joyo. for people who're on a budget like myself,
i get a really good sound out of them. they seem to be pretty well built naman, but the crunch dist that i got (MI crunchbox clone according to the net)
is the early design with the sharks....

i have a Joyo Hi Gain dist. ayos naman siya (Metalmuff clone) but it's more on getting you gain, it's pretty smooth sounding somehow but it's hissy past 3 o'clock. try mo sila sa mga tindahan,
yung Lazer sa Megamall meron sila mga ganyan. right now, i'm looking to get a US dream, natuwa ako sa tunog niya e, and less knobs to tweak.

pocket metal ang favorite hi gain ko ngayon sa pedal board ko. surpringsingly walamg humm for a $30 pedal. the mid boost really works.

I have the American Sound but due to a lot of dirt pedals already, I chose to just leave it at home to rust haha pero ang ganda nya pinagiisipan ko nga lang kung san ko magagamit... Pero kung me interesado sa inyo laban lang haha Nga pala yung mga may UD jan, panghawakan niyo sya. Ang ganda nung tunog nya para sa OD super satisfying para sakin. Kasi nung minsan pinakinggan ko sila at yung SD-1 parang di ako nasiyahan sa SD-1 eh... hehe Best sya pag kasabay ng kahit anong fuzz mas may flavor at di lang pangboost.

I have the Vintage Tube overdrive. Digital Delay and the deluxe crunch. Walang pagsisisi ang gaganda ng tunog.

Vintage tube od sounds like a ts7 digital delay sounds like any diy delay. Deluxe Crunch sounds like a crunchbox.

Got a Joyo JT305 pedal tuner last year in June. Thing broke at a show in December: would light up the entire LCD array when on but would not respond to anything.
