wow..you don't have to be better than someone in order to criticize him/her. if that's how it works, then why are there so many who criticize tom cruise? does that mean they act better than him?

oh yeah, i can't stand listening to rocksteddy. sounds like the lead guitarist is just doing sweep exercises in his solos.

I don't get the "if you can't do better, don't criticize" line of thought. There's no logic to it. If that's the case then noone here should say anything about singers unless they can sing, and we guitarists cannot comment on [gooey brown stuff], out of place, drum solos. I don't need any credentials to say that Jimmy Page's playing is sloppy. I just need my EARS and PERSONAL TASTE.

Ano bang problema mo sa bagay sa banda? Siyempre dapat bagay sa banda kaya nga banda kayo eh.

Nabasa ko rin sig mo, wala ka palang banda kasi di mo naiintindihan yung concept ng banda.

Anyway, tama na ko sa thread na ito. I've made my point. I wasn't challenging anyone and I don't care for other people's criticisms on my opinions. As far as I'm concerned, that's the way I see Rocksteddy and that's it. If you're too hotshot, challenging people to do better than Rocksteddy, I'm sorry di ko kaya talunin yung shred niya. Hindi naman ako nagmamalaki na kaya ko talunin. All I was saying is that he should be in a better band than Rocksteddy. What was their last hit anyway?

Let us just be happy for the fellow that he's in a band, whether what he does fits or not, amazing or not, let's cut him some slack.
