Connect ako sa poweramp in ng amp ko then ang master volume na e yung GT-10 mismo set the output select to phones to activate the amp sim. Ngayon wala na akong problem sa feedback.
Correct, I just want to clear up more on OUTPUT SELECT and between GT's Preamp(model)sim AND Cab(speaker/mic/direct level)sim.
If you choose to use GT Preamp + Cab sim you should set OUTPUT SELECT only to Line/Phone. Why kc
ONLY this option "Line/Phone" in output select the
CAB(original default /custom size eg 1x12,2x12 etc plus the mic off/on axis and mic Level/Direct level) is enable The reason is Boss recommended it to use it direct to PA amp with full range speaker OR with just HEADPHONE so you can experiment experience different emulation type of preamp models+cab size+mic type and mic volume level + the direct level means how much direct preamp model sound level you would like to pass it onto your own custom cab sim. It makes sense, when doing this when say DIRECT to PA kc wala ka talagang daladalang guitar amp only virtual several model type of PREAMP and CAB size and MIC. And PA power amp and speakers are FRFR (Full Range Flat Response) like also
Keyboard amp or headphone but not a guitar amp why?
1. Guitar amp has its own company preamp design signature tone kaya some say I like Marshall tone brownies compare to Fender bright masyado depend yan sa user and individual taste.
This is why they say it better to use modeling straight into your guitar amp loop RETURN kc it bypasses the guitar preamp and the return input is direct to guitar AMPLIFIER circuit stage and then out to speaker.
2. Guitar speakers are not Flat and limited Range also depend on brand/type and exclusively design for guitar amp unlike those FRFR keyboard or PA speakers.
BUT in my POV lng ha, still there is no rule kung di naman masyado maganda or branded and speaker mo or cab why not, you can still use the cab sim even USING YOUR REAL CAB to enhance your real 1x12 speaker with the help of 1x2 or 1x15 modeling speaker with mic sim sounding di ba Sir.
Now
Any OUTPUT SELECT options selecting/using JC120, combo, small amp, combo return, stack return etc...EXCEPT line/phone CAB sim is disable even you can see and navigate on it.
