i just dig these two guys. ted greene is amazing. (more vids if you do the search) dig the voicings, poignant, moving, intelligent, elegant,
that bach-like harmonic movement just bites me... hard.

i recall reading a comment someone made at his funerla, that after greene passed away, theres now an opening for 200 guitar teachers in the city. i wouldnt be surprised if it was true...

lastly, pioneer of the 7 string and author of contrapuntal harmonic stuff on jazz guitar, george van eps...
