Help:Cheap way to call Philippines through VOIP?

hello.  i'm here in singapore and i want to know if there is any way that you can call Philippines at a cheap rate? Any good voip'S that i can use? i need your help tech people... thank you.

thanks. i also want to try calling landlines through voip. any suggestions? or any deal that can make calling international landlines cheap.

the magicjack not will work, the dude is in singapore. sign-up for skype and put some credit on your skype account, you can call any landline number in the phil. for much cheaper rate
