The pro is much more stable and obviously sturdier too kasi rack-mount sya. Sound-wise, i think pareho lang yung models, mas marami lang input at output options yung pro...

one thing to consider about the 1st versions of the V-AMP is yung delay when switching from one patch to another... na solve na ata nila ito sa vamp2... but i am not sure, kasi POD user ako e. hehe
