I have owned all these cameras and based on my experience - D90>D5000>D3100

No contest, D90 is the best among the 3, but between d5000 and d3100...I'll get d5000 over d3100 simply because of better image quality ang color depth. I agree with ddefy of the advabtages of d3100 over d5000 but it really depends on your needs. If you are into using the video, mas better ang d3100. But if you'll focus more on photography, go for d5000. Other advantages of d3100 over d5000 doesn't really matters (again, depending on your needs)...

rekta sa d90 with its kit lens 18-105 vr itll take you quite sometime to buy another lens, i mean mapapakinabangan mo talaga ng husto ang 18-105 vr na yan

D5k user here too.... and just got my 55-300mm AF-S nikkor lens and a Nissin Di622....

like others said, D5000 is the smaller brother of the famous D90.... why did i choose 5000? two things I love about this model is its simplicity, next to it is its compact and small body which is think lighter than D90<--- really helpful on larger set-up of lens, battery grip and flash... and its tilt screen helped me shoot photos that needs an unlikely angles.... though i hate its small screen well its a bit of a disadvantage.....

all in all if you want a simple camera with a good spec as to what D90 most can offer... and a tight budget... ill go for this one.... for me getting a nikkon regardless of its model IS WORTH IT!...

sa hidalgo yan sir, tabi tabi naman mga camera shops dun, canvass muna if you want... pero kung sure buyer kana, sa mayer's ka magpunta and look for mang ramon, pag good mood yun bibigyan ka discount and freebies.
