nope bro... di na libre sa starbucks...that was early 2000 yung free wifi sa kanila.... you have to buy airborne access card for wifi access. almost all coffee shop ay airbornce access ang provider na.

Access Point Bar and Grill (near abs-cbn) free wifi din

at sa Boracay ... when i was there 2 months ago... halos lahat free wifi zone from station 1 to station 3
