Hello everyone!
I'm a keyboard player in bacolod city. I started playing when i was in grade school (10 yrs old). Actually, my first instrument was a classical guitar and i played/reading classical guitar pieces. I started playing the keys accidentally when our organist sa church left without any reason... I'm so very nervous that time coz, ang alam ko lang dati eh ang basic chords from C to B (major lahat)... n'ong nasa upuan na ako ng organ (electone), with matching copy ng hymns na may chords...
so, ayon tugtog na ako, akalain mo ba namang tugtugin ko ang piyesa ng MAJOR lahat ang chords ko!!! Kahit na me minor.... HAHAHA! Pero ok lang daw sabi ng priest namin kasi 11 yrs lang daw ako... Hehehe.
I learn to play formal & straight lessons when i was in college na... I went to a piano lessons pero di rin ako nagtagal... But before i went to formal lessons, i already learned some techniques in playing the keys... I have lots of friends and most of them are PRO's... I eagerly observed them and patiently taught me how to do it. My mentors are ELVER SOHRAB PEREZ (International Electone Player), BEBING CORTEZA (BM), MARA LOPEZ (BM), MSGR. GUILLERMO MA. A. GASTON, GABE ASCALON, BETHOVEN TIANO, LINDSAY JIMENEA & GERRY GREY. I really thank them for sharing their talents...
Right now, I'm teaching at Yamaha School of Music here in Bacolod. An electone & a piano instructor... And a licenced architect by profession...

This is the first time na nangyari sa Bacolod at sa mga musikero dito... The event was entitled "NO COVERS." Artists who performed were, Gabe Ascalon with Nancy Brew, Upnext, Crackedpots 58, Jonali Ricopuerto, 11th Hour, On Wire, Filter Screw, Ramoth Gilead, 4WD, Charade of Daisy, Tres & Wasabe. We'll be having our next event, hopefully by December.
This is an honor for me guys to be a part of this site...
