I take whey kasi it helps in gaining muscles. I am 150 lbs now and I need to have at least 150-170 grams of protein everyday. Mahirap makuha yung ganung amount of protein just from eating alone. My only supplements are whey protein, glutamine and of course multi vitamins. Kelangan ng katawan natin ng protein after lifting para lumaki at magkaron ng definition.

Have you tried taking Nitrotech? Taking it from your response, I guess not.

The reason why I'm asking opinions about Nitrotech because I want to know if it's worth the price. I've only known a few people who've tried it and didn't really maximize it. Gusto ko sana malaman ano yun full scale results kapag namaximize. I've tried whey and amino tablets. I'm currently taking Amino 2222 (2 before, 2 after workout).

Here is my current build status. I'm currently weighing around 180-185 lbs at 5'8", a bit bulky pero hindi korteng Baymax. I can bench up to 250lbs lately (meaning I'm no beginner in lifting weights - been hitting the gym for more than 15 years). Nagbabalak ako "magpatuyo" kasi malapit na ang summer and I've heard Nitrotech can help in the process.

lol lumobo na ko. august last year pa yung last na gym ko.

was following Steve Cook's Big Man on Campus workout before ako tumigil. great principles and routines. gained a lot of strength at mass kahit minimal ang supplementation ko.

takbo takbo na lang muna ako ulit tapos balik buhat na.

nung college kami ganyan ginagawa namin basketball muna bago mag buhat. parang yun yung ginagawa naming pang warmup di na kami nag stationary bike :-D

Do you experience cases of gout with soya. I stopped this for that reason alone.

wag sobra sobra, (well moderate lang naman ang 22oz) tsaka rest muna bago intake ng soya, dahil baka mag swell ang mga torn muscles mo tsaka baka atakihin ng acid ang mga joints mo.

pano kana makakapag leadz!  :-D

Guys penge naman ng diet, program etc.

22 yrs old, 5'6, 50 1/2kg

Ngayon ko palang seseryosohin mag buhat gusto ko lang tumaba at yung saktong katawan lang. Maluwag naman yung sched ko kahit ilang oras ako mag buhat everyday pede.

Ito yung meron kami sa bahay



plus dumbbell at treadmill

Also malakas naman ako kumain pero di ako tumataba (baka wrong food yung kinakain ko, saka lagi akong puyat eh) :(

gawin mo lahat ng workouts na alam mo within an hour. no more, no less. start with small plates then increase gradually(quarterly if possible). eat well pero di kasobrahan dapat.

any workout done past the 1hour mark will burn you out. malulusaw yung taba at mag tono yung muscles. payat na muscles.

make it a habit to change your routine every quarter to avoid plateau.

back + triceps on fridays

legs + squats + run on weekends

andami kasing machines ngayon per program, cant do super sets all the time hehe to hit the 1 hour mark.
try mo kayang kalabitin baka tumunog...

Every buhat lang naman. 3 to 4 times a week. Pero yung kaibigan ng kaoffice ko, lumalaklak daw ng soya. Laki niya daw.

Basta usually ang food ko after workout is galling menu ng The Sandwhich Guy or Soya Bar. If may chicken sa bahay, yun naman. Dinner ko na yun.

Pinapatay niyo na nga daliri ko, leadz pa. lels

back + triceps + abs
shoulder + legs + abs

So at least 3 times a week ang buhat ko a week.

kung magpa korte ang habol mo, i suggest sticking to programs. ganun din, baguhin mo yung exercises for every muscle group every 3 months. baguhin mo din yung pairing - chest+triceps, back+biceps, etc.

pero kung payat lang na gusto mag shape up yung mga laman, pwede yung 2 workouts per muscle group na well-timed yung rest(2 mins below). that way, ma-maintain mo yung intensity ng exercise at pumped yung katawan mo for the next set.

pinaka madaling nakita ko na pwedeng mag work kahit kanino eh yung Big Man on Campus ni Steve Cook. hanapin nyo sa youtube. maganda yung principles na applied nya dun. magwowork sa payat na magpapalaki at mataba na magpapakorte.

as in patpatin ako dati, then nag gym ako

may program naman then nag bulk ako,

2014 natigil buhat ko

na focus ako sa kain inom kain inom dahil sobrang busy sa work

so ayun 200lbs nako :-(

e BMI ko 162lbs lang dapat

pero ngayon maluwag na ulit time ko kaya try ko pumasyal sa bakalan ulit.

kaya ko natanong, max ko sa gym dati laging 2 hours dahil di ako makapag super set at daming machines.
