Reaper users! how do you guys fixed yung latency sa monitors? I noticed na may delay siya so i have to turn it off kaso di ko naman siya marinig to determine kung pasok ako sa metronome.. halp!

I ended up buying an interface, Behringer U-Phoria UM2 which has direct monitoring capability, solved yun latency issue ko and relatively cheap

I now have a Behringer X1222USB mixer and i read somewhere that I can record 2 separate tracks at once but I don't know how to do it..

1. Did I misunderstand this and it's really not capable of that?
2. If I'm correct then how do I do it?  :-(

just connect the mixer to the pc via usb cable. install behringer asio driver. go to control panel > sounds and set behringer (or usb audio device) as the default device

open your DAW, start recording

Hi sir, my brothers and I have recorded several songs already using above steps but with only 1 track at a time (all vocals and instruments together)
I'm using Reaper and what I am planning to do is to separate the vocals channels from the instruments during a live band recording so I cant edit them separately later.

Is that possible?

no. your mixer/interface supports only stereo input and output for usb. you can only do 2 tracks at time
