bagong install ba windows xp mo? kung bagong install (i mean wala pang ibang software na nakainstall bukod sa xp), possible na windows security center yan, you can disable it. pero kung madami ng softwares na nakainstall, spyware yan for sure.
but since you've mentioned "your system maybe at risk", 100% spyware yan bro.

try system restore. restore to a date bago lumabas yan. then next time na mag-update, don't install the windows genuine notification. :roll:

Regarding sa nakikita mong Your computer is ek ek risk. nakalagay na dun ang problem mismo. Makikita mo yang warning na yan kung 1. naka turn off ang firewall mo 2. wala kang antivirus na naka install or hindi updated antivirus mo 3. naka off ang automatic updates.
try mo ON lahat ng nsa security Center mo mawawala yan....
