To all the sellers/offerors, please be mindful that you are obligated, under the existing law and the policy of this forum to DISCLOSE, WITH ALL GOOD FAITH, ALL THE NEEDED INFORMATION, as much as you think the buyers would expect from you and your item. You are likewise expected to post your personal terms and conditions on your deal. No one can dictate you on this and your preference must be respected. Unless you expressly indicate the same, the general rule under the Civil Law on sales applies. We are all free to negotiate, talk, discuss and agree without undue pressure to anyone. JUST DO NOT SURPRISE YOUR BUYER OF YOUR ADDED TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We all take with full trust your posts as it is. Let's be professional. And please, do not limit your interested buyers. We all can talk. Unless you have no intention to sell your item.
Let's maintain this atmosphere: "The seller who is willing and is not forced to sell and the buyer who is willing and is not forced to buy."
