Hi guys. I would just like to ask if ngayon ba may dealer parin sa pilipinas ng prs? Or anyone might happen to know someone na nagbebenta ng mark holcomb na SE series? Thanks in advance. :)

Are they SE and S2 models? That's awesomely priced!

By the way, I went to the PRS factory the other day. Paul is as enthusiastic and involved as ever.

Factory tour is awesome, just in case anyone heads to Maryland (Washington DC, or even new York) bummer is that there's no photography as they're working on prototypes constantly that they don't want leaked.

I didn't get a private stock this trip. But I got a violet 408 artist. Haven't picked it up yet but the configuration is narrow field neck pickup and widened bridge pickup. 2 separate coil tap switches to tap them individually. Also, has a full rosewood neck and fretboard. Sounds classy. :D

Gorgeous! That quilt is bitchin'

I like the black rings on them, did they come stock? That rosewood neck is awesome. Congrats!

Any chance you'd seen a 7 string core in the factory? I saw one photo floating around, not sure if its from PTC and a PS done, or a would-be-core. Hope they're cooking some new stuff there.

Zach Myers SE 2017. 35K sa Lyric. Mas mura pa sa Guitar Center or Sweetwater if you factor in Sales Tax. They sell the same model between $680 - $730. Good job Lyric PH!

If prices are within that range, the Cores MIGHT be priced fairly as well. I remember staring at a Whale Blue Singlecut years ago at JB and the 100K++ tag was way, way above my means.

SE's are getting better appointments lately, and the 2017 PRS signature logo on the headstock is a welcome sight.

Of all the SE's, I'd go for the Chris Robertson and Mark Holcomb. I hope Lyric would bring these two models. The former though is hard to find, and got a limited Euro release.  Chris is a great player and his band, Black Stone Cherry is awesome.

My friend who swapped his 57 goldtop for a dgt, couldn't resist the gas after trying the se2 custom24. Good thing we sold the vk100 after a fair price was offered.

Bili ka na, gas lang ng gas hehe. Anong kulay ba napupusuan mo? Will you go the traditional burst route or the modern prs colors?

Yes sir. Beveled thick maple cap with flamed maple veneer.

Initial impression on feel of the se2 vs. the dgt. Construction is at par with the us counterpart. I just felt the finish on the neck is better on the dgt (nitro). Haven't plugged it in yet coz we were having a drinking session on the roofdeck that time.

The owner wants to change the pickups of the se2 to bkp. Any suggestions?

Ask Skybox about his Custom SE.
Personally I think the stock pickups are fine.
