Behringer X32 vs. Presonus SL vs. Soundcraft SI Expression Digital Mixers

We find the Soundcraft Si Expression digital desk slightly better sound as compared with the analogs and obviously more headroom.  We got rid of the old analog processors since you can use this directly with the powered speakers already 

Sir, was it tested or A/B'd on same limits as the analog soundcraft....meaning all other processes were bypassed sa digital board. Purely the mic>preamp>eq>output Curious lang..

Parang masmadali SL bro wala kasing layers unlike sa SI.

Shifting from analog to digital desks would require time to familiarize yourselves on how the digital ones are designed. Of course going to unfamiliar territory is scary at first but once you get the feel and constant practice, you can decide better which will be applicable for your usage.

I owned some Soundcraft GB and LX7 series before and since we sold them at a pretty good resale price, we decided to go digital.  Gone are the many processors from your rack and literally speaking you can operate directly from (digital) mixer out to your active speakers.  Sound wise, we all agree that the digital desk has undue advantages

got hands-on experience with a behringer x32 on a full band set-up recently, its sounds good, channel processing is ok. Fx are decent too. nakakapanibago lang shifting from analog to digital, lalo na sa mga routing, di gaya sa analog isang pindot lang naka sub group na channel mo. at sometimes pag digital minsan nakakalimutan na rin yun functions if matagal ulit na di nakapihit.
