ano ang mas okey na pagkakasunod???
eto???: AMP > Compressor > Delay > Dist > guitar
eto???: AMP > Compressor > Dist > Delay > guitar
eto???: AMP > Dist > Delay > Compressor > guitar
i guess im asking kung ano talaga ang best position ng compressor :D
-
Amp <- Delay <- Distortion <- Compressor <- Guitar
pero whatever sounds good for you, let your ear be the judge..

diba dapat.... guitar>comp>dist>delay>amp yun?
anyways.... kahit nman san yan depende lang sa gusto mong sound.
pero i suggest ....guitar>comp>dist>delay>amp. :D

Eto pinakamaganda:
Skills>Daliri>Gitara>Amp :wink:
-
I think mas maraming ingay kung yong comp is after dirt. I may be wrong, hehe :lol:
-
how about G2, TS9 & DS1?
-
hindi ba mas okey ang Delay kapag before dirt??
anyway, itatry ko nalang pagdating nung comp at delay :) nakakuha ako ng danelectro pb & j mini pedal yehey!
-
who's that in ur avatar? :shock: :shock: ...damn!!!nkaka-adik nga,hehehehehe! :oops:

how bout this...
guitar - compressor- amp (for clean)
guitar- dist- delay-amp (dirty)
for me compressor with a dirty tone is useless...you can't really tell if the compressor is working.....especially if you add delay...no use.

+1 sa guitar >> compressor >> distortion >> delay >> amp.
when putting the distortion pedal before the compressor, the clean guitar signal will be shaped into a distorted one (obviously) but then the compressor will even out the signal, making the output tone a lot less punchy and "ngongo". take note that since the input signal to the compressor is already distorted and amplified, any noise produced by the distortion pedal due to an increase in gain and the resistive components in its circuitry will also be processed by the compressor, kaya generally mas "noisy" rin ang setup na ganito. but pag inuna mo yung compressor before the distortion pedal, the compressor would only level out (boost weak signals, dampen strong signals) the raw guitar signal and the inherent unamplified pickup and cable noise, after which the distortion can do its thing without its "uneven waveform" characteristic being leveled out by compression. mas subtle ang effect ng compressor sa config na ganito but you'll have a more level guitar signal with more growl. you can have an even cleaner signal by adding a noise gate/suppressor right before the compressor (if necessary lang) :)

di naman useless, let's just say that you'll have a more evened-out attack when soloing. kung may sabit na notes na di napick nang maayos, yung tunog pa rin nun is parang picked nang matino because itataas ng compressor yung weak signal. sa chords naman, medyo bawas yung dynamics coz patag nga yung signal but you can remedy that by adjusting the sensitivity knob. it's a matter of need for dynamics :)

...maybe because I already tried one compressor (digitech main squeeze compressor)...no matter how I adjust ...it just doesn't do much......one thing for sure...after that...I stopped using it and sold it fast....tell me whats the function of a compressor?...in clean and dirty...lead and rhythm work...when do players usually use it?

though i never use my pedals nowdays (except for the TS-9, or the occassional wah),
i find it good sounding to put the delay in the FX Loop instead.
so for me, with those pedals, ill do it like this:
guitar --> comp --> distortion --> amp
then yung delay nasa fx loop ng amp :)

sir Phil, a compressor is more of a subtle filter pedal. it automatically adjusts the level (volume), attack and sustain (depending on the compressor pedal) your guitar signal to the setting you dialed into your pedal. like what i've mentioned earlier, it amplifies weak signals and attenuates strong signals. one might think that playing dynamics will be a goner because of the compressor, but you can adjust the sensitivity (the level in which it will "compress" the signal) to get the best tone.
for its uses, parang iba-iba rin yung characteristics ng compressor e. i use an MXR Dyna Comp exclusively for my clean tone route because my overdrive pedal (Butler Tube Driver) already has natural tube compression. it's perfect for getting that funky, squishy clean tone heard in countless pop, jazz and rock songs. try cascading a wah and a Dyna Comp and you're ready for funk hehe.. yung BOSS CS-3 naman favorite ko yung sustainer feature nya. i use it for my other pedalboard (before an Ibanez TS-808 and a Maxon Distortion & Sustainer II). i get infinite, and i mean infinite, sustain with the CS-3 and Maxon cascaded. think "Flying In A Blue Dream." try the Keeley Compressor and the Home Brew Compressor Retro din, but i prefer the latter because it's modeled after the much-revered Ross compressor :)

eto setup ko ngaun:
guitar->wah->OD->DM-100->Zoom GFX-1->GEQ7-->Amp
oks lang ba position nung eq? naubsan ng compressor behringer eh hehe, kaya di ako nakabili.. kung may nabili na ako pwede ko ba ilagay sa una yung geq7 at compressor just before the wah?
-
guitar-->eq-->comp/sus-->dist-->delay-->chorus-->amp
```Rock On```
MGA SIR!!!
i have a problem. anu mas sensible bilhin???
BOSS DD3 or ung Danelectro PB&J Delay??
feature-wise, siyempre mas okey ung dd3.
pero habol ko quality ng sound eh...
what's better??
