Post by: bleedingboy on February 24, 2009, 11:57:15 PM
JBMusics, Fernando. 6k plus. ok na po ba to?

wala po ko kaalam alam sa trumpet, and i was reading this section for months.
and saw several problem.

1. ex-smoker, as in 16years old, 25years old. kakiquit ko lang last january.
as a new year's resolution, i'll quit smoking and take up trumpeteering.
    (tama ba?)

2. i have no idea on how to play this thing. zero. wala. hahaha, kelangan ko
teacher. :D  pwede ba makarefer kayo? ex-UST student, so maybe mga UST
dati, or still in UST, can help me. :D basta mura lang. o kaya makikisession.
    for free.

3. I saw this trumpet, 6k lang, well, sale pa nga, 5,400 ata, sa JBmusic store,
    Ok po ba un?

Anyway, mga questions ko lang po. I'm willing to buy a secondhand, pero may nakita ako, di ko lam kung ano kelangan tingnan, except the mouthpiece kelangan bago.

Hello! im also an aspiring trumpet player like you. Yes, better get branded ones. I bought a beginner Bach trumpet. But i'm kind of stopping right now because of my braces.

sad to say, i don't have the money for an expensive one.

i will try to learn it first on a cheap one. either way, people do exceptional things when they start from nothing.

tell you what, i'll save some for a good one, but i have to start with something cheap first.

thanks for the advice though. my mind's made up already.
