Help naman po.May gusto lang ako malaman at itanung, gusto ko lang malinawan.Ganito po kasi natutulog po ako mga 1am na and nagigising po ako mga 11.30am.Gusto ko lang po malaman kung masama to?puyat ba ko nito?lalaki ba eyebag ko nito?10 and 1/2 hour naman ang tulog ko, diba ang masama less than 8hours ang tulog?ako 10 and 1/2 hour pa nga eh?diba yung puyat yung kulang sa tulog?ako sobra pa puyat ba yang matatawag?gusto ko lang po malinawan help please salamat po wait ko comment nyo.

Is 10 hours of sleep oversleeping? If yes, it's not good for the health, too. When I wake up after a loooong slumber, I sometimes feel physical discomforts. Number one na iyang headache. Got this link from a brief, curious, Google search.

Minsan masakit din sa katawan. Ewan ko pero pag mahaba tulog ko minsan, pag gising ko masakit katawan ko. Lalo na kung madaling araw ako natulog, tapos tanghali magising.

imo puyat ka niyan bro kasi hindi tama ang oras ng tulog mo kahit 12 hrs. pa yan kung natulog ka ng 1am considered puyat yan.

brod hindi mo mababawi ang puyat mo kahit matulog ka pa ng dose oras, kaya huwag kang magpuyat kung hindi importante para sayo... :wink:

pre hindi kasi ako makatulog kahit gustuhin ko eh..gustong gusto ko matulog pero hindi ako makatulog eh..ang akala ko kasi ang puyat ay yung nakakatulog lang ng less than 8hours??

Curious lang, since tumuntong ako ng college di ko na mabalik yung sleeping routine ko na 9pm or 10pm to 5:30 am... Masyado akong madaming iniisip lalo na after laying down to sleep... Any clues to get it all back on track???

OT: malamang mapuyat nanaman ako later, kakahintay ng sagot sa post ko... :-D

haha loko to  :-D

para makabalik ka sa dati mong routine, IMO , kapag nakatulog k na naman ng mga 1am , gumising ka ng maaga, pilitin mo. tingnan mo, aantukin ka ng maaga kasi ang aga mong gumising. :wink:

ako bitin ako sa 8hrs sleep. usually 9-10 hrs tulog ko. pero alert ako all day. walang afternoon drowsiness. pacheck up ka na lang bro para sigurado.
