That would really depend sa type of musc na gusto mo tugtugin. If you're purely into hard rock, might as well get a high gain amp and lessen your pedals. Pero if you also like playing cleans, an amp with a good clean and reverb is the way to go.

Oo nga men e...  Hindi pa ako talaga nakakapag-decide ngayon, to be honest.  Nananahimik kasi ang buhay ko at kuntentong-kuntento sa ZT Club ko tapos sumama-sama ako sa tone party.  Ayan ang naging resulta.  GAS.   Si Saturn/Return ang may kasalanan nito!!!  Tapos mamaya may tone party na naman.  Hehehe...

Alam mo kung ano ang pumipigil sa kin na yan ang piliin?  Yung panlabas na anyo nya.  Hehehe...  I don't know, something does not look pretty e.  Can't specify kung alin exactly.

Well, ang tugtugan ko is tipong Third Eye Blind at Matchbox 20.  Pero recently, tipong Creed ang pinag-aaralan namin buuin so medyo high gain.  And pag nagpa-practice ako mag-isa dito sa bahay, gustong-gusto ko ng high gain.  Gusto ko lang na amp is yung pwedeng pang-bedroom at pwede na din sa tugtugan.   Perfect sana yung Wampler Coyote kaso napakamahal pala.

Hahahah! Well, really the Blackstar HT40 would do well na! Ok na ok na yun. Lakas na. Try to look for a Mesa Boogie F series amp, ok na ok sa pedals. Still using mine and it's freaking light! You should consider that too.

The HT series light din ata. I highly recommend that. Tried it before sa Lyric. Ok din sa pedals malamang yan. Si Mr. Excane sa YT yan HT ata gamit..

Anyway, regarding that...  If only malapit ang prices dito sa Pinas sa online prices, hindi ko na kailangan magtanong-tanong dito kasi malamang bibilhin ko agad yung Super Sonic sa Yupangco.  Kaso napakamahal talaga compared sa US prices.  Nakakapanghina...

Mine is an F-30. Yup - discontinued na pero panalo cleans. May demo ako ng dirt channel pero don't mind the playing. Injured tendon ako nung ginawa ko ito and pinipilit lang maggitara:

If you have time, sama ka minsan sa mga jam jam/tambay namin... Patry ko sa iyo.. Gigging amp ko siya. Panalo for me lalo na nung kinabit ko sa 2x12 closed back na oversized cab with vintage 30 speakers.

But since may 1000usd ka, order ka kay jefisipbata or bossingboss ng mesa mini rectifier. mukhang ok naman cleans. 25 watts is loud enough. 15 watts nga lang eh.

but ang nahiligan ko talaga recently is orange dark terror. grabe! ang lupit ng distortion nya! anlakas pa for 15 watts amp. pang gig na talaga pag high gain.. asa 23- 26kphp lang ata head nya sa jbmusic. juwanfidle (guitar god 2011 here in philmusic) uses it for his recordings and gig. panalo yan.

suggest ko lang, before you go through the different amp brands, try to sort out your priorities first. kung hindi ka pa decided kung clean amp+pedals or high gain amp ang gusto mo, medyo mahihirapan ka talaga mag-decide lalo na kung puro brands na ang tinitignan mo.

anyway, you still have until end of the year or early next year to refine your choice. at least for now, ipunin mo na yung pambili, tutal may target budget ka naman. madali na pumili pag may cash on hand na.
