heres my boombox

Altec Lansing VS4121



bought it last week

i think this is the modified version of my all time favorite Altec Lansing ATP3...mas mataas din ang peak power nito...ang difference lang is unlike ng predecessor nya, front firing na ang subwoofer(ATP3 has a downfiring sub)nito...

the sattelite speakers, ganun pa din...midrange is still downfiring...power/control is still on the right speaker...

di ko pa nasusubukan ng todo ang volume...nasa gitna pa lang ako eh kumakatok na kapitbahay ko eh... :-D

man, sabi ko nga all time favorite ko yang ATP3 eh...yan ang gamit namin sa pc shop dati...pag gabi naka 45 degrees ang volume parang party lagi dun...at lagi kaming narereklamo ng mga malalapit na bahay  :-D

kung headsets naman ang target mo...para sa kin pasok na pasok ang Sennheiser at Behringer...

heheh. di ko pa natotodo yung akin eh. may natripan din ako na speaker.. creative ata yun tapos mas mahal konti sa ATP3 ng 300 at mukhang mas malakas.. mas maganda parin ba ang altec?

di ko masasabi na mas maganda ang altec pre...nasa preference yan eh...dati pa lang kasi altec na gingamit namin kaya alam ko ng maganda na ito para sakin...

sa computer ko balak kong bumili yung logitech na wireless. sobrang istorbo kasi ang may wire pag laptop gamit mo...

dapat nga ATP3 ang bibilhin ko nun eh...kaya lang hindi naka deferred payment pag credit card ginamit ko eh credit card ang pambabayad namin kaya nauwi ako sa VS4121...

These are mine: Altec Lansing ACS500



With Dolby Prologic.

Bought it in '97. Try playing Diablo II with Dolby engaged at 2AM with all lights closed and the sub accenting every boom. I could swear some sounds were behind me because of the side firing surround speakers, even if the towers were only in front of me.

Speaker ko ngayon sa pc yung aking portable  amp sa  guitar para double purpose. Pwede na din yung sound sa mga di pihikan wala pa kasi pambili ng mamahalin.

hehehe seriously...

the speakers im using are almost 10 years old! generic pa yan ah. and man they still work great. tried replacing them and i still end up with these. or maybe the other speakers i get just suck. hehe what i dont like about it is well sya lang yung puti sa setup ko. the cpu and monitor are black.  :-)

btw hindi ako maka-devencia ha
