Sir harugrugrug, sale sa jb cubao, fernando silver piccolo is 2560 lang. Nakalagay na head is remo white , nakalagay made in taiwan. Yung parang magaspang.
Advise nyo sir, stick with stock remo then ipatono na lang?

Or dagdag konti at bili coated amb? Or bili ako upgrade? Salamat po talaga. Will post the pic pag binili ko na

Ipatono ko Muna, kung ok na sayo tunog bro, then don't buy remo, the stock head is a bit thinner though so di siya
Yung same na ambassadors talaga. ^-^

Yup,Tama si sir Vinci!

sir saludo ako sa mga tips nyo. :)

YMMV Though.

Yup,as Ralph stated factor yang sanding na yan.
I've noticed on my Tama superstar, and Yamaha stage custom birch that they have rough shells inside.Yamaha
Even has quite a sucky bearing edge, compared to the Tama starclassic and maple custom absolute of Yamaha.
The higher ends has a very smooth sand grain on the inside. ^-^ give it a try, research first, ask peeves and research
The net.ive only sanded down bearing edges though. Hehe, just use a fine sandpaper.

Tried sanding my fernando snare. imo wala masyadong pinagbago yung tunog. medyo mas buo kesa sa hindi pa nasasand  :-D

Ayos ba ang hardware like mounts, pedal, etc? Like can they withstand beating? Replaceable din ba ang parts?

Tempting yung 25k fernando package with cymbals sa jb. Tagal na ako na-gaGAS ng drums. haha.

in a nut shell, fernando is not bad. pero depends sa model.

The super entry level kits of fernando are not good. hardwares are flimsy and they breakdown easily.

suggest you try looking at the secondhand kits in the classifieds instead :) you can get a Pearl Forum already for 15k. :)

Bnew rates:

Starter is around 15k w/o cymbals AFAIK. 20-25 for the middle class.

Is it just me, or does this snare look quite a lot like the Fernando steel snare?

well, it's a picolo. its hard to distinguish lalo na pag steel hahaha but im pretty sure mas high quality naman si mapex. so far, mapex has been very reliable for me.

p.s. fairness presyong fernando lang oh! good buy na yan!

Dun nga ako na-alarm eh! This isn't the MPX one (parang Sensitone 8-lug version ng Pearl) and the price really tipped me off.

I played on one of these. eto yung unang labas nila ng picolo. halos ganyan din presyo sa TMS around 3.5 - 4k. sounds great. yung MPX kasi, recent lang na labas yun.

agree on the hoop issue. may nakita akong bumili ng Fernando wood snare kahapon, tapos super cranked up. I was pretty sure the cracking sound it made while the guy tuned up wasn't the head seating itself  :|

May nakita akong Fernando Single Drum Pedal sa JB that looks like Pearl p-2000c knock-off. Cost only 1,710.00. What really interests me is naka "double chain" na siya.

Gusto ko sanang palitan yung stock pedal nung Ludwig Jr. drumset. 5 years old lang ang gagamit pero gusto sna masanay na siya sa Standard sized peds.

Ano sa masasabi nyo?
