available na ba sa manila ang mga different variety colored na dimarzio pickup? if ever saan meron?

in my location they need to order directly to Dimarzio.
they're asking $10 more for each different color.
waited a month for it

How i set up pick up height in my RGs :

1. Tune/Intonate/Set the action - you want it to be steady and easy as possible
2. Plug in straight to the amp, get the best cable you can use while youre at it.
3. Set everything @ 12' oclock, both clean and dirty channel. So you can determine the guitar's "raw" sound.
4. Set the pickup height high then work your way down,(of course you need to balance the pickup volume or output first,it doesnt matter if you set the bridge or neck first,it really depends which one youre using the most)metal players usually leave it high enough for compression but ideally, you want the pickups to perform at their best. Too low=less compression, less attack, less bass but it sounds clearer. Too high= muddy, bassy, more compressed. Sustain/string feel(youll notice that guitar will get more "acoustic" feel to it once you lower down the pickups, lower means less to no magnetic pull from the pickups) really depends on the pickup height, too high will pull the strings and too low will kill the signal.

To sum it up,just use your ears. This is how i setup mine.

That's how i set up mine. hehe.  And it takes time talaga. I've had my Tone Zone pickup for almost a year, ngayon ngayon ko lang nakukuha yung tamang height.

I told ya the neck would sound better sa bridge cause it would add more bass and mids.

Oh, maybe you got to fiddle with the pickup height. It helps a lot. Take some time tweaking the height.

Yeah! Kaso nakalimutan ko sabihin kay mang Jun nung pinalagay ko haha! And I wasn't expecting na sakit ng ulo pala pag stock mid pup ang naka-install. Im hunting for a good middle pup right now to add more thickness when combined with the bridge.

check out the sound. i really like the tone...
Dimarzio breeds with a no name cheapo from a strat copy in middle.
Clean sound is middle & split neck (5 way switch is reversed)
-paano ung sinasabi niyang "5 way switch is reverse"?
anyone?    :-)

^baka ibig sabihin pabaliktad yung switching system ng guitar niya, instead switching up for the neck position eh switch down ang ginagawa niya. As for my guitar it means siguro that my middle pup really sucks hehe. I'll probably replace it with an artec entwistle pup.

Ibanez GRG270, instead of buying a new one I just decided to upgrade the pups and have the headstock repainted lol. lumabas kapangitan nung middle pup niya nung ininstall ko yung breeds hehe.

AFAIK, wala. hehe. JB has a very unique sizzle. As well as the 59. Maybe you can try Dimarzio's PAF pickups, as a counterpart ng 59.

ako din naguguluhan..plan to replace my bridge humbucker pick-up
choosing from = evo , tonezone and super distortion
base sa reviews sa net:
evo= perfect for leads and it gotta kick their ass
tonezone = versatile
super distion = is the best or one of the best high output humbucker pick-up that ever heard, and recommended by musicians.

pero kung titignan mo sa dimarzio pickpups, super distortion ang mostly recommended because it was a great hight output..

sa neck: air norton bagay daw sa tonezone or super distortion , any na high output..
             paf pro - ganun din
so either of the two ka na lang kung anu available..

akin po...

black guitar
tone zone - bridge, bilis makakuha ng harmonics
super distortion - neck, may natural na distortion depende kung amp gamit tapos nawawala pag babaan yung volume

blue guitar
paf 36th anniversary - neck, ganda clean sound tapos tunog strat pag naka split coil
seymour duncan - JB model bridge, di po dimarzio eto

paps, hindi ba mas high output gain yung super distortion kesa tonezone?

Nice. Pairing the Tone Zone with a Super D. You want to lose that "break up" ng Super D? wire it in parallel.

Tone Zone....meaty harmonics. hehe.

pano yun? di po ba parallel nayung guitar ko? pero gustoko nga po yung  super d na natural distortion pang clean na rock strumming...

Oo nga pala, position 2 sa ibanez would be the neck in parallel. hehe.

How do you like the 36th Anniv PAF? Hindi ba nagiging muddy under high gain?
