authentic sounding cymbals hi-hat samples?

anyone know where we could get/make authentic sounding cymbal/hi-hat samples? we'd appreciate any tips.

Try Reason software. Samples for the cycmbals there are like the real thing. Peace out

madami naman mahahanap na free drum/cymbal sounds sa internet...look for ns_free kit for example

but a lot of what makes "real" sounding hi hat parts have to do with the programming: velocity mapping, variations etc. post this in the music tech forum for more tips. thats where the sequencer geeks hang out :-D may post na din yata nuon dun tungkol dito

also you put this in the electronic music forum so its a bit strange if you are interested in "authentic" sounding human patterns
