Nice one sir barronster! Galing.. Tsaka tama yung key, Determination at Dedication. Talagang magagawa mo kahit mag isa ka basta meron ka nyan. Galing!

Pareho naman tayo ng problema sir sonicassault. Manboobs na ang hirap mag suot ng mga light colored shirt dahil nakaka-ilang. Most of the time black shirts or any dark colored para mukhang payat at hindi pansin gaano ang baktong. Pero may point nga rin naman ata si sir barronster, baka nga naman sexy para sa iba.. Hehehe

Tips naman for removing man boobs! :cry:
sexy nga naman for the girls na chubby ang type haha.   funny though! mag-gym and jogging daw
so you can mold yourself  into another hot guy on the planet.lol. or a baron perhaps.

effective yung inom ng tubig kapag nagugutom... hehehe.. so far ako, lumiit na ulit tsan ko... kakajogging after work saka simula nung natulong nako maglinis ng bahay... hehehe

Sobrang effective sa half cup of rice per meal ang pagkain ng red rice  :) Mas marming fiber, at mas effort kainin, kaya talagang kalahati lang ang mauubos mo. Bonus points pa sa extra fiber at sustansya! And I can say from personal experience, hindi sya bitin, mabubusog ka talaga kahit kalahati lang ang volume :)

The best magsimula ng red rice ihalo mo muna sa regular na sinaing (kasi mahal sya) tapos paunti-unti lang na damihan yung red rice hanggang ok na sayo yung lasa, tapos switch ka na. Mas mahal sya pero dahil sobrang mas konti ang kakainin mo, plus medyo mas matagal mapanis ang red rice, quits lang ang presyo :)

The best pair pag start n red rice yung mga ma-sarsa na ulam tulad ng caldereta, afritada, bicol express, adobo, pinakbet, etc :-D

^ang mahirap kasi dito,

unli foods kami. breakfast at dinner..

mix cuisine ung food, may filipino, asian, at middle eastern, walang western.. meron man, once in a while.

though libre ang gym dito, pool at food..

iba pa rin talaga kapag pinaghihirapan mo ang food & gym mo..

bad3p.. wala na ring oras para tumakbo, biro mo, papasok ka monday to sunday, papasok ka ng 5am, at uuwi ka ng 8am..

I was once an almost-200pounder so these are the things that worked for me, na baka gusto nyo rin subukan.

Easiest habits to develop:
-drinking water kung "feeling" mo gutom ka
-determine kung gutom ka talaga or "feeling mo lang" gutom ka, probably gusto mo lang ngumuya
-sugar-free gums may help
-eat small servings more frequently; spaced regularly throughout the day
-give up soda/carbonated/artificially sweetened drinks and drink water instead
-give up chicken skin and pork skin and fat (yes, kaya kong tiisin ang balat ng Chicken Joy. 27% less cholesterol ang isang meat serving if you dont eat the fat/skin. 27% is a LOT.)
-eat more veggies. Fruits are high in sugar so hinay lang sa fruits. Hindi ko gusto ang gulay dati kasi hindi masarap sa panlasa ko pero eventually kinakain ko na sila pero binabalewala ko nalang yung lasa, ang iniisip ko yung health benefit.
-huwag rin pala i-overcook ang gulay (kaya pala ayoko ng gulay noon, laging overcooked). Overcooking the veggies makes them release too much sugar, and sugar means calories.
-walk whenever you can. Wala kaming kotse hanggang ngayon, naglalakad lang ako to and from work (swerte ko malapit lang). Noong medyo teenager pa ako (at my heaviest), naiinggit ako sa mga may kotse kasi hindi na nila kailangang maglakad. Ngayon, kapag naglalakad ako, minsan naiiisip ko nakaka-awa yung mga wala ng time para maglakad.

Baka makatulong rin sa inyo ang major heartbreak. Dun ako talaga nag-push todo ng sarili ko magpapayat e! Hahaha!  :lol:

In my case na rin pala, I have bad knees so I can't run nor jog continuously (kahit ngayong pumayat na ako. Nadidislocate ang knees ko bigla-bigla ng walang pasintabi LOL). So my solution is: speed walking. It proved helpful for me so nagbasa-basa pa ako about it. It turns out na generally mas mainam ang speed walking kaysa running or jogging. Lalo na sa aspect ng amount of strain on the knees/knee joints. Another one na naka-convince sa akin is in running ang jogging, once you stop the activity, the calorie burning stops too. In speed walking, continuous ang calorie burning for a couple of hours more after you stop actual speed walking.

And sa personal experiments ko, kinompare ko talaga ang pakiramdam ng running, jogging, at speed walking. Totoo nga yung mga nabasa kong studies na mas mahirap ang speed walking and it gives the least strain on the knees/knee caps. Again, why? Kasi sa running at jogging, tipo bang sasabayan mo yung bounce ng katawan mo as you step. Hindi ko maiexplain haha basta andunyung bounce factor. Sa speed walking, you MUST try with all your might to walk fast WITHOUT BOUNCING. SUbukan nyong i-compare: kunwari malelate na kayo sa work. Anong mas madali, tumakbo o maglakad ng mabilis? Mas madali tumakbo, mas challenging ang maglakad ng mabilis.

Nanood ako ng videos how to do proper speed walking. Yes, nakakatawa. Sila yung sport sa Olympics na mabilis maglakad tapos parang sabay kembot, its all part of speed walking. Tinatawanan ako ng mga kasabay kong nag-jojogging, pero wala akong pakialam sa kanila. Matisod sila kakatingin sa akin at hindi sa dinadaanan nila LOL. WHile speed walking nga rin pala may hawak akong 3lb dumbbells and then may slight arm swing, para naman hindi maiwan ang biceps at triceps. At lastly, in fairness, okay ring butt exercise yung speedwalking kasi mag-ssqueeze ka ng thigh muscles at glutes talaga.

Yun lang. Hehe. Sorry napahaba. These things I mentioned worked for me, it may or may not work for everybody. Basta yun ang experience ko. Let us always remember na dapat nagppractice tayo ng tamang weight maintenance all for good health, hindi para kay ganito or para kay ganyan or para sa ibang tao, dapat para sa sarili natin. :)

ako naman personally mas gusto ko ang speedwalking kaysa running or jogging. hikain kasi ako kaya umaapoy na ang baga ko within 3 minutes of a run. compared sa speed walking na mas madali mag-pace ng breathing. napansin ko rin na sa speed walking ang unang "burn" na nafifeel ko  sa legs, di tulad ng running na unang umaapoy ang baga ko bago yung mga masel. Pansin ko rin na mas malaki yung role ng body movement sa success ng speedwalking kaysa sa run, dahil sa run pwedeng halos hindi gumalaw yung upper body mo pero makakatakbo ka pa rin, sa speed walking pag super straight ka sasakit lang ang katawan mo. Bonus points, mas maganda ang labas ng pawis sa speedwalking! parang may nagcocondense lang sa balat mo kaysa sa running parang may nagbukas ng gripo :)))
I should watch those proper speedwalking videos, baka mas bumilis ang travel time ko from galleria to megamall  :lol:

O yan, hindi lang ako ang pabor sa speed walking. Ang alanganin lang dyan eh kung mahihiya kayo mag-speed walking sa kalye (kung wala kayong treadmill). Kase kekembot talaga ang pw3t sa speed walking. I remember nung medyo active pa ako sumali sa mga run, hindi ako nagra-run, nagsi-speed walk ako. Meron akong nadaanan na mga grupo ng teenagers na andun lang para mag-flaunt ng bagong sapatos, ng bib number, or ng dslr. Nagleleisure walk lang sila, eh nalampasan ko, narinig ko pinagtatawanan ako. So what, naunahan ko sila sa finish line.

And yes I really attest to that. Mas lalo ang pawis sa speed walking. Mas gumagalaw kasi kaysa sa running or jogging na medyo steady ang upper body. In speed walking, your back should be straight, your arms should sway, your butt and hips should sway. All these plus YOU MUST RESIST BOUNCING. Yun yung pinaka-challenge, to walk very fast but not jog nor run. :)

pag nagjog ako..nag sprint ako then walk..sprint and walk.. try ko yung whole length ng tinatakbo ko na speed walk lang..should be good..

Sobrang important ng posture sa speedwalking. Kahit di ko pa alam yung proper technique sobrang babagal ka talaga pag wa-poise ang posture mo. lurch forward and your walking will be bouncy, heavy, and slow. walk with swag and you will be off-balanced. No body movements and you will trip.

Not sure about this, pero sa tingin ko yung speedwalking mas may focus sa exertion ng muscles more than aero/cardio na meron ang running.  Overall, sa tingin ko mas ok talaga sya na exercise kaysa running lang. Bonus points, you'll learn to walk fast in a very poised way  :-D

Bonus na skill na nakuha ko sa speedwalking: kaya ko gawin yung going up/down the stairs na parang multo na sobrang swabe illusion   :lol:
