 :-D

Uy, thanks for the reply. Now, I get it. Parang nato-torn tuloy ako between the 50D & D90. I'd settle for a 40D kaya lang mukhang malapit na syang ma-phase out or phase out na nga sya parang nabasa ko sa multiply eh.

medyo masakit pa rin sa bulsa kasi wala sa plano. my d40 is now going to my wife and my new d90 will be my primary.

sulit ba talaga ang 1.8D 50mm? kasi im trying to see if its better than 18-135/200mm lens, kasi balak kong bumili na lang. Im more into portrait shots, pero syempre, medyo limited lang ang use ng prime, pero +1k naman when it comes to low light situations or bokeh shots. di pa ako makapagdecide pero based on your personal experiences?

Hello PM, long-time member since 2006, returning again after a hiatus on this forum, coming back from US.

Old point and shoot was Panasonic Lumix FZ50, finaly giving it up after a long and fruitful journey with image works featured
twice at Digital Imaging Resource POTD and monthly finalist in the web. Macro image work featured in Digital Photographer
Philippines reader's forum. Grand Prize winner of Digital Photographer Philippines 3rd Anniversary photo contest under Landscape
Category. Landscape image featured at LA Pinoy monthly magazine.

Sadly my new toy, GH1 is up for repair possibly will be sent abroad because of the lugs strap defect on a manufacturing run, after
its success in Japan, said unit was off-source to China and that was where the dilemma started. Now, the web is teeming with
complaints from user buyers of this problem especially at dpreview.com. My unit is now with Panasonic Philippines in Taytay, Rizal.

Anyway, I hope this serves as a caution to those going to the US and buying the unit, they are now offering it at a lower prize possibly
to dispose defective units.

Thanks to Panasonic Philippines for helping out with this problem.

a friend told me possible daw, and now i'm eyeing on a D70 or D70s na dslr body, 2ndhand muna.
