mga sirs ano magandang /effective na alternative ssa running?

jumping rope po kaya? may swimming na kc ako subj in two weeks.. eh puro chikas classmates ko so i need to lose my saggy belly..

and effective po ba ung staiotionary bike? kc prang sakin nde po eh

jumping rope, stationary bike, treadmill. pero 2 weeks? mahirap hirap yan, hehehe, unless magcrash diet ka, pero hindi advisable yun.

normal lang yan, wag kang maconscious, hehehe. talagang ganon yun, unless 5% bodyfat ka. yeah, jumping rope will be fine.

tomatoes + wheat bread breakfast

10 eggs (whites only) lunch

toasted wheat bread (2pcs)-dinner (before 6pm)

ngkskit din ako ng isang araw, so nagawa ko hinde kumain for 27 hours i think/...

then b-day ng gf ko, two days after despidida ng tita ko,, wasaak, almost bumalik ung dati kong weight

for starters do 15 minutes, basic jumping over the rope. this will make you used to the form. never let the rope touch your feet. try to at least not stop for a period of 5 minutes.

Man..I actually envy your back coz that's my goal eversince.. To get that V-shaped back. What workout would you recommend to widen the wings of my back? I've been doing wide & close gripped pull-ups but mine just won't max out as yours. Would heavy be better or more on high reps to widen that back of mine?  :-)

OT: I like your tattoo man. I'm actually planning to have my 2nd tattoo done in the same area & more or less same size as yours but on mine will be on the left side. How long did it take yours to finish? 

lalo kang maiinggit pag nakita mo likod ni soundslikebryan at ni pizarro, hehehe, anyway, di ako nagpu-pullups bro, pero i'm working on it, nahihirapan kasi ako sa pull-ups eh, lateral pulldown ang ginagawa ko, i'm not sure about the reps and sets, pero i did 1 light warm up set and 3 heavy sets of 10-12 reps, i guess my supplements also helped plus i eat a lot of eggwhite and century tuna.

about my tat, took me 2 sessions, 2 hours for the 1st session and 1 hour for the 2nd session.

leg day today, ang aga ko nagising, hahaha.

i did stationbary bike today after 10 months, tinry ko ung HIIT, 5 mins warmup, 30 secs 80% then 1min un normal, alternate alternate lng took me 21 mins lang pero sheeet napagod ako, nde ko nga natapos biceps workout ko, balik n;lang ako tom.

sir panterica, ano ung pullups ba? patalikod or ung paharap sa cable machine?

pullups is also called chin-ups, yung sinasabi mong patalikod at paharap sa cable machine is called lateral pulls.

di ko kaya mag-pullup alone, nagpapa-spot ako when doing wide grip pullups, pero pag close grip pull up kaya ko naman. i do a 3-5 minute light cardio to warm up, tapos 15-20 minute cardio after my workout.

I think I should try heavier sets then.. Try ko nga din ibalik ang protein supplement, sa pagkain ko lang kasi dinadaan.  :-)

Sipag mo mag legs... hehehe yan ang ultimate weakness ko... Anyway.. Na inspire ako sa thread na to... Shoulders na lang nga muna ako! Thanks again for the tips man. :-)

Workout time!

i just changed my program 2 weeks ago, i do 2 light warm up sets of 8-10 reps, then 5 heavy sets of 5 reps each, sa last set, i would drop the weight 50% and lift to failure, ang lakas ng pump, lalo na sa biceps and legs.
