ok lng bang iwork out everyday ang biceps? pag work out ko kc ang ibang parts ng katawan ko eh ang finale ko lagi eh 3 sets ng biceps curl. or does it need to have a rest?

that would be overtraining, muscles need time to rest, pero ok lang siguro, depende naman sa yo eh, as for me, i work out my biceps twice a week, isang heavy at isang light.

kelangan ko i-exercise yung rotator cuffs ko, pag sobrang bigat parang nagi-snap.

Mas maganda i-stretch mo muna ang mga shoulders, after warm-up. Prone ang shoulders sa injury kasi ito ang madalas nating gamitin sa mga upper body workout.

You have to work one muscle group at a time to exhaustion. As in, talagang hindi mo na kayang magbuhat.

if you don't plan to go to the gym on a certain day, you have to take it first thing in the morning.

good, i don't have to alter my workout plan, hanap lang ako ng uuwi ng pinas, papabili ako ng 60 caps, hahaha, all natural ingredients pala to, mukhang walang negative side effects.

right now, i'm using cell-tech hardcore, sana bago maubos makabili na, walang ganyan dito sa pinas eh.

bros question.. ang whey protein po ba once na sinimulan mo ay kailnagan tuloy tuloy na? or pedeng for 1 month lang.. dehins ba mag reretract ang muscles ko? kc ambigat na nung binubuhat ko pero dehins ako lumalaki..

cant keep om having whey  all the time. its pure protein and it might cause you to be sick, like high blood pressure etc..

be on it for about 3 months then 3 months off.

guys, saan ba makakabili ng murang weightlifting gloves? kasi meron na ako dati. maganda talaga. 350 lang bili ko sa alimall sporthaus? basta dun. hehe. e ngayon, balik gym ulit ako kaso wala nawawala yung gloves ko. huhu. saan ba meron, yung maganda pero mura. budget ko ay 350 below. :D thank you!

Anybody here who's all natural? WHat I mean is someone who's not taking any kind of supplements to build those muscles? I've been working out for 5 years and so far, everything has been great. Im not into those protein shakes, any kind of capsules, etc. Just hardcore workout. Lifting heavy weights cant make your muscles grow big right away. Just make sure you do the exercise correctly and make sure every set/rep counts.

madaming variations ang supersetting, pwedeng same body part, pwedeng different body parts, pag superset with different body parts, parang rest na rin sa ka-alternate nyang part. mas maganda pag same body part, ramdam mo agad may pump pag proper yung form mo.

haha! im now on my second week sa pag ggym..!

first week was hell.. my whole body hurts di ako nakapasok sa skul hindi ako makagalaw hahaha!!

but now i can feel na medyo nasasanay na ang katwan ko..

well my abs (wala pa ako abs) medyo naninigas bad trip ang core exercises argh!


question lang..

i know na kapag feel mo na parang wala na ang ginagawa mo magdadagdag ka ng weight..
pero how do you know kung gaano kataas ang idadagdag?..


plus, ok lng ba na iba ang bigat sa bawat exercise?
lets say mas mababa ang bigat dun sa flys ko kaysa sa chest pumps..

plus i cant get my left hand to work na medyo hahabol sa right.dominant hand ko.. ano kaya pwedeng gawin?,..

laging nanginginig ang left hand ko eh during exercise parang nanghihina whereas my right hand is just fine..

- depende sa kaya mo.. ako mga 5-20 lbs. ang dinagdagdag ko

plus, ok lng ba na iba ang bigat sa bawat exercise?
lets say mas mababa ang bigat dun sa flys ko kaysa sa chest pumps..
-natural lang yon... mas mabigat talaga ang dumbbell press keysa sa flys mas mahirap kase yung flys keysa sa press

1. depende sa yo kung gano kabigat ang idadagdag mo, basta dapat may resistance, but don't sacrifice good form over heavy weight.

2. different weights for different bodyparts, normal yan.

3. kung hindi pantay ang buhat mo, try using dumbbells on your exercises.

it's okay to try out these supplements as long as you understand that these are not magic bullets. They do not in anyway mimic drug like effects. Supplemets should only be veiwed as an augmentation or support to a high quality nutritional habits and nothing more.

First you need to understand that glucose is the primary source of fuel in weight training so you need to have carbs in your system to train at optimum intensity.

On the issue of what to consume before you train well that would depend on how much carbs you've eaten and stored in the body before training. What I mean is if you've eaten a lot of carbs throughout the day and don't do alot of physical work the whole day the stored glycogen in your muscle might be enough and you don't need to consume anything special before your workout.

Another very important thing is don't forget to eat carbs right after you train. The post workout meal is in fact THE MOST CRITICAL period (THE GROWTH WINDOW) where you can actually hasten the recovery process and therefore maximize muscle growth. At this time you need to have some faster carbs to spike up your insulin levels/blood sugar to halt the catabolic effects of your workout then some Low GI carbs to sustain the effect. Together with that you need to consume fast protein like Whey. Then have a serving of Creatine to replenish lost creeatine and L-Glutamine for an anti-catabolic effect and to boost your immune system again for faster recovery.

i've been taking Whey Protein Isolate 7 months na and i can see the good result. due to some financial reasons eh i'm planning to stop it hehehe. if i stop it eh,  ano bang mga kelangan kung kainin as an alternative sa whey protein to maintain my protein intake.

btw..im new here in philmusic and it looks like it is a very informative site..anyways, im planning to go to gym..payat ako and i want to gain weight and muscles..what can you reccomend na supplements for starters like me?ung available lng sa phil at affordable budget ko kc 2k..powder or capsule tell me which is more effective..nga pla im 5'9" 115 lbs underweight =(
