nagulat nga din yung mga ka-gym ko sa'kin. kasi ako yung pinakabata sa gym tas dalawa lang kaming may kaya ng 460lbs. na leg press. sa ngayon, umangat na naman ng 20lbs. making it 480lbs. na. :-D

hindi payabangan ang pag-work out. trust me, magmumukha kang palaka if you do heavy leg weights like that all the time.

haha nice 480lbs leg press. Hope you're doing squats though. You wouldn't want to end up having very large legs with lesser upper body development.

I've been working out for almost 6 years now and everytime I do this workout, the  heaviest weight that I can push is between 360lbs-420lbs and Im only doing it for 4 sets of 12 reps. Are you doing it on a seated leg press machine or a 35-degree leg press machine? Since your doing 480lbs on a leg press machine, how much weight can you do on a full squat?

same din sa squat.

Huh!! Bigat nyan ah, pero usually kasi mas mabigat ang leg press sa squat, di kasi kino-consider yung upper body weight mo, tapos inclined pa yung weight sa machine. Ako max ko dati anim na 45 at isang gym boy sa 60 degree leg press 8 reps, squat ko noon mga 260 lang ata. Ngayon 3 months pa lang ulet ako nagbubuhat after stopping for two years, 370+bar ang max ko sa deadlift tapos 190+bar sa squat.
Btw I am 5'9.5" and currently at 208 lbs. Bago ako mag buhat nasa 235 ako so I already lost 27lbs. Di pa rin papasa sa biggest looser  :-D

Naalala ko lang, is sir Bryan still here? Ikaw bro yung nag recommend sa akin years ago ng post stretching which I do now  :-) napansin ko rin madami nang gym na nagiimpliment nun dito sa manila. Thanks for that advice, man  :-D

Tanong ko na rin pala, may alam ba kayong magandang MMA stable dito sa manila/makati? gusto ko kasi sana mag try out, kung may MMA thread pati dito sa forums pa-pm naman guys nung link :D
