im currently on a strict chicken breast fillet diet..

nakakasuka na! lalo na pag niluto sa canola oil ang lansa ng amoy awww...2 weeks na to kasabay ng 45 mins cardio and buhat buhat...  :cry:

canola - higher fat content. Substitute vegetable oil or soy.

if you can, just sear the chicken (using a cast iron skillet) - no oil needed, then bake/broil.
Bakit hindi ka pwedeng mapuyat sa umaga?

ay ganun ba? i was looking at this cooking oil comparison chart kasi and nakita ko mas healthy option kung mag canola or olive oil na lang..

before kasi, pinapakuluan ko lang yung chicken tapos lagyan ko na lang ng konting salt and pepper..kaso nakakasawa..sa una lang masarap..

@kosa marzi - try these:
pinch of salt, pinch of garlic powder, pinch of ground pepper, hint of cayenne pepper. slice breasts into thin strips, then grill. (pag meron kang oregano or rosemary mas maganda - tawag dito eh jerk chicken)

crushed garlic, vinegar, tbsp of soy sauce and three calamansi. flatten breasts then marinate for an hour or overnight. get annatto seeds, a cup of extra virgin olive oil or just plain olive oil (pakuluan mo ang achuete/annatto hanggang sa maging reddish yung oil, then remove the seeds.). grill and pahid lang ng achuete/annatto oil. - this is called inasal.

pomegranate juice or grape juice, pinch of salt, pepper and parsley. non-enriched flour (para hindi mag-rise). bread the chicken lightly with flour, tapos sear mo lang ng 1 minute each side. marinade for an hour or overnight. then bake for 25 minutes on a 375 degree oven. lightly oil the pan kung saan mo ilalagay yung chicken para hindi dumikit. - this is my version of coq au van.

yeah been tyring out different recipies for my chicken fillet lately...dagdag ko to sa options ko lalo na yung inasal..salamat kosa..

might also consider switching to olive oil pagkaubos ko ng canola..bwiset ang lansa ng amoy pag nagluluto ako.

ang hirap magpaliit...nagkahabit ako kumain ng kumain sa gabi.

sa araw walang gana pero sa gabi, gutom na gutom ako.

hindi kaya ng gym at cardio magbawas ng timbang...pinakamahirap atang disiplinahin kapag gusto mo maging healthy ay DIET.

mga idol meron akong very important question sa inyo sana sagutin ng mga experts ito. medyo nagwoworry na kasi ako may mga times na sumasakit tagiliran ko sa kanan hindi kaya negative effect ito ng paginom ng supplements ??
kakaubos ko lang ng ON whey pro 5lbs last 2 weeks tapos sinundan ko agad ng nitrotech hardcore ngayon medyo nakakaramdam na nga ako may mga oras na kumikirot ang tagiliran ko after work out..
regularly ako nagwoworkout 4 to 5 times a week tapos umiinom ako nito before and after work out 1 scoop before and 1 scoop after work out., tapos pag hindi naman ako magpupunta ng gym nainom ako ng supplements every morning after breakfast.. may mali kaya sa paginom ko nito?? help me mga bro.. tnx

^ako sa kaliwang tagiliran lalo na pag umaabot na ako ng 45 mins sa cardio bike..yung tipong parang kumikirot sya tapos maya maya mawawala na lang..

tapos pag rest ko o kaya stretching babalik ulit tapos mawawala na naman..

nung nagpa physical exam ako sa office parang di ako pinagkinggan nung physician at walang sinabi tungkol dun eh malinaw nga yung daing ko sa kanya e..

yeah bro wag heavy meal before workout kase may tendency na masuka ka dahil sa fatigue. nangyare saken dati yun naparami kain ko before workout, after 15mins of cardio (stationary bike) ayun, suka ako. :-D

hmmmm... you need to let the food digest for 4 hours before you work out. At least 2 hours kung gusto nyo na talaga mag-work out, but only do light to medium pace work out. pag hindi pa naka-kain, eat a banana, rest for 15 minutes and then go work out.

The potassium in the banana helps in cramping during workouts and its fatty enough and starchy that fills the carbo void.

hindi kaya kulang ka sa paginom ng tubig? masyado kasing saturated yung composition ng nitrotech pagininom e, diba dapat nga pag nag take nun malakas kang uminom ng tubig lagi. di naman siguro effect ng supplements yun pero inadvertedly, it can contribute to having problems sa liver and kidneys. dapat marami ka pa ding fluid intake (hindi beer ha  :-D ) pacheckup ka baka magkatama kidneys mo kakasupplements at kakaalcohol.

tnx mga tol. malakas ako uminom ng tubig.. siguro nga dahil din sa alak o minsan kumakain ako tapos after 1 hf work out na agad. minsan kasi napapasarap kain ko kaya siguro ito ang epekto. saging na lang siguro kainin ko before magwork out at after na lang ako kakain ng marami.. tnx ulit :lol:
