ytse_neil - boss, ang ginagawa ko lang eh for protein source, chicken breast, tuna (canned pwede din), eggs ang kinakain ko. sa carbs naman, white rice lang. samahan mo na rin ng konting veggies...yun lang....

eto yung usual meal ko sa isang araw

meal 1 - 1 1/2 cup rice, chicken breast or tuna or eggs, veggies

snack 1 - either voice sandwhich, cream O, taho,or bukayong kidney beans

meal 2- same as meal 1 pero 1 cup rice nalang

meal 3 - same lang ng meal 2

snack 2 - flavored oats
Sa work out sir anu ba pinaka madalas ginagawa nio? Salamat dito sa info sir.. Di ba kayo kumakain ng baboy or bulalo, papaitan mga ganun? Thanks.

ytse_neil - hindi eh...yung nilista kong protein sources yun lage ulam ko....simple lang ang workout ko. actually home workout lang using dbs....3 day split siya/ tapos on off days cardio abs.

day 1 - chest tricep
off - cardio (barbell complex) and situps
day2 - back bicep
off - cardio abs
day3 - legs shoulder
off - cardio abs
off - cardio

barbell complex ginagawa ko which is more like an interval training. mas mabilis siya. it usually take me less than 10 minutes to finish my cardio day

rep range of 3-5 is good for strength training. not ideal for hypertrophy though. an ideal rep range if you want to be muscular is 6-8reps..well. it always depends on your goals...baka goal nila is different from yours..

ako pre for the past 2 months, sa bahay lang ako nabuhat. doing only pushups and pullups and leg exercise yet i was able to have good results..it all boils down to being consistent both on your diet and training.





ilang lbs ang binubuhat mo sir and yung sched mo sa workout, ex. day 1 chest and tricep, ilang types of exercise ang ginagawa mo kada part of body example sa chest, ilang types, dumbell flyes, press. :?

ilang sets and reps din? nag 5x5 ka ba? :lol:

tapos umiinom ka ba ng soda? coke, sprite, mountain dew? :lol:

sensya na, daming tanong, hindi ko mapaganda chest ko and abs e, pero biceps at triceps, lalo na triceps medyo visible na. :lol:


sa BAHAY lang din kasi ako nagwworkout, and ang goal ko, yung tamang slim and fit lang, tipong mga artista body lang hindi pang WWE o UFC. haha! parang kay sir JM ganun. :mrgreen:

arvie - dami ngang tanong ah. hehe...pero ok lang yan.

target reps ko ay 6-8. pag nagagawa ko na ng 8 reps yung exercise, add ako ng weight.


eto prev routine ko. nag change ako this week to 5 days a week.

bale 3 exercise for chest, back, shoulders. 4 for legs and only 2 for bicep and triceps


prev routine for chest and tricep ay:
1 arm db bench
weighted pushups (shooting for 10reps.)
db flys

db skullcrushers
db kickbacks...

Any member who often goes to the gym? Nag-umpisa uli akong mag-gym last week after a year. Baka may maishare kayong infos, etc.

pag hardgainer ka or payat and you want to gain weight twice or thrice a week ka lang mag gym, eat a lot especially protein rich foods and take supplements, 8-10 repetitions per set, heavy weights, mabagal lang ang buhat (magpaspot ka). when you are losing weight naman 4 times a week or more ka mag gym, eat less of course, 15 or more repetitions per set, light weights, mabilis ang buhat. hope this helps sir

arvie - kung gusto mo sundan routine ko pwede....pero search ka din ng ibang program na mas well constructed and more inclined to your goals...


for chest, mas gusto ko yung db kesa bb kasi di kailangan ng spotter (ayoko maipit sa barbell bench press). sa bent over rows at bb complex ko madalas gamitin yung barbell.


nagstart ako na chubby. malaki tiyan ko nun. may man boobs pa...

okay sir, salamat. haha. ganyan din ako dati, ngayon siguro tamang slim lang, pero may leftover pa na man boobs (which is hindi ko masuot mga maninipis na damit, nahihiya ako e) haha, mahilig kasi ako sa slim fit.

ayos tong advice mo sir ah.. pero di kasi ako pumunta ng gym kasi may work.. Anu ba advice nio kapag sa home workout lang?

bodyweight exercise....push ups, pull ups, lunges, bodyweight hamstring curl....gawin mo circuit training for 3 sets.....ito new routine ko ngayon...
